A few steps away from the Colosseum you can enjoy your stay in a newly refurbish apartment, designed with a nordic style, providing all the comforts.
Enjoy the private balcony and a beautiful terrace on the rooftop with a living area, hydro jets hot tub with a stunning view of the landscape of Rome.
All the landmarks of Rome are just a few steps away, no need to take any public transport. However there is a bus stop opposite to the house and two metro A Manzoni and metro B Colosseo by foot.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom; the king size 160 x 200 cm bed will allow you to get a good night sleep. We offer a set of pillows with different softness, along with duvet to ensure you have a good rest and the maximum comfort.
A Smart TV in the bedroom will allow you to watch you favorite movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video with your account, in addition to our Netflix Premium already active.
You will also find a spacious wardrobe, comfortable working desk with our high Wifi speed.

The bathroom has a large raining shower and hand shower, two soft towels of different size for every guest.
We offer a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, shower get, body lotion, cotton buts, cotton pads and hairdryer.
The bathroom offers a make up station with stool, additionally a shelf compartment to store you toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two hobs, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, boiler, pans and pots to cook your favorite Italian dishes. It includes a Nespresso machine and an American style coffee maker.
On your arrival, we offer a selection of Twinings teas, ground coffee, coffee pods and a water filter pitcher so you can enjoy the water directly from the tap with no need to buy plastic bottle.

The living room offers a comfy sofa for three people that can also be open as sofa bed and have a queen size to allow other two guest to have a good night rest.
There is also a Smart TV with Netflix Premium included.

The balcony can be accessed by the living room or bedroom, where you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage overlooking a part of Colosseum.

Included in your stay you have the private access to a rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a living area and a 4 seat hot tube with over 100 water jets. You can admire a stunning view over Rome’s skyline directly from the jacuzzi, which will be already heated and ready for your stay.
You will have soft bathrobes to enjoy the terrace all year long.
We would like to mentioned that for each stay we empty, sanitize and refill the jacuzzi.
