The villa is perfect for a Nerja holiday. Location excellent for beaches and town. The villa is spotless on arrival, very well equipped and really comfortable especially with the air con in bedrooms. Correspondence with the owner/host was first class and any questions answered immediately. We will definitely return

Great holiday spent at Villa Cortijo Romero. With three young children, we enjoyed every day in the pool which is very clean and well maintained. Nice and friendly people in the area, which helped us several times with directions and proposed places to visit. A nice holiday overall. We will be returning.

The villa was lovely, clean and spacious. The small pool was lovely on a hot day. We hired a car to get around and explore the city of Malaga. We liked that we can combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days at the villa. We will definitely spend our next holiday there!

Lovely villa near a beautiful coastal town

Had a great two weeks at this lovely villa. Impeccably clean and nicer than the pictures show. The view from the pool - of the mountains - is superb. Outside terrace downstairs and up are both lovely and villa comes with good aircon in bedrooms, lots of kitchen utensils, 4 very good sun loungers and beach towels in addition to bathroom towels - very welcome. It’s a 20 minute walk into the heart of things in Nerja - an elegant and vibrant place with great restaurants, bars and shops as well as many beaches. The Balcon De Europe is a palm tree lined boardwalk out towards the ocean. We hired a car which is handy for the nearest supermarket (Lidl a 5 minute drive away) and drive up to Granada to visit the amazing Alhambra Palace. Well worth a trip. Only small downsides were that the instructions for arriving after dark weren’t great and we struggled to access the property. The keybox has a bunch of 6 keys but no guide as to what is needed. The gate has some locks that the keys don’t open and the front door was bolted from the inside. The shower is also luke-warm at best as it’s solar powered. Not a huge problem in summer months. But all in all a great villa for lazing and soaking up the sun, cooling off in the pool or visiting the heart of Nerja and enjoying the elegant streets and varied restaurants.

Die fahrt zum Haus gestaltete sich etwas schwierig (sehr enge Straße mitten in einer Obstplantage).Doch das Haus und die Außenanlage waren sehr schön, der Pool ist etwas klein aber für uns vollkommend ausreichend .Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht ,hervorzuheben war die Außerordentliche Sauberkeit .Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder kommen.Ps. man sollte gut zu Fuß sein (bis zum Centrum circa 20 min)

A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect villa for a really relaxed holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to returning again very soon.

First of all, I need to say that the villa is actually even better than in the photos! It is very comfortable with everything we need to really enjoy our holiday. The pool is great and we spend most of our time there. We already visited Playa Carabeillo and Balcon de Europa, which are really stunning. We will definitely come again to this beautiful villa.

Villa Cortijo Romero was clean and comfortable and had a really nice outside space. We loved the pool and terrace and stayed there almost all day! The villa is in a quiet rural area but not isolated, with other villas nearby, yet only a 15-minute walk to the coast. The agents were very helpful. Thank you for making our holiday perfect. We will come back for sure.

The villa is perfect for relaxation. The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The kids loved the pool and we felt very safe in the privacy that offers this property. Only a short trip by car into town. We visited also a couple of tourist attractions there: Balcon de Europa, Mirador, and Cascada del Maro. It was a memorable holiday.
