The Space:
Newly refurbished Apartment in the heart of Victoria. One of the most upscale residential neighbourhoods of the city and located very central, with many attractions such as: The London Eye & Sea Life London and amenities within walking reach. Go for a stroll around Hyde Park, St. James Park, Marble Arch, or grab a bite to eat in by the Thames river.

Guest Access:
-All guests choose their 4 digit codes and have their own access-code to enter the property. This code is changed with each check-out.

-The door codes will be sent one day before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Chelsea and Westminster, in an upscale residential neighborhood situated in zone 1 in Central London. Nearby attractions include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Cathedral, Tate Britain Museum, Hyde Park and St James' Park. The area is full of restaurants such as the Ritz and the IVY, pubs, coffee shops and the most famous clothes-shops such as Selfridges and House of Fraser. Also, within 20 minutes walking you can visit Trafalgar Sq, Oxford Street and Bond Street.

Getting Around:
Pimlico Underground Station is only a 2 minute walk away and Victoria Station in 4 minutes, servicing with the Central line and Westminster Station just a 6 minutes walk from the property connecting all London Underground, Victoria Coach Station, Gatwick Express and National Rail trains. Vauxhall Station is also a 10-minute walk away and services South Western Railway trains, connecting with Gatwick Airport.
The nearest bus stop is St Georges Sq (Stop G) located in Pimlico with only 1 minutes walking from the property, servicing buses to Victoria Coach Station, Westminster, St James Park, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Camden and international connection to King's Cross St Pancras.
If you're traveling by car, the A3213 is just down the road from the building.
There is pay-and-display parking nearby at a very good rate.
There is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just around the corner from the property.

Other Things to Note:
-Apartment location: On lower ground floor, it is around 10 steps to reach the apartment and please be aware there is no lift in the building.

-Bed Arrangement : This is a one-bedroom apartment, the standard is for two guests. If you need to request sofa bed or extra bed, it will be £30 for the whole stay for the linen set which we always order from the cleaning company. This apartment can fit up to 6 guests, we will prepare the apartment according to your reservation.
It is very important to know the exact number of guests arriving in order to have ready the right amount of beds according to it.

-Extra Linen Set : We leave one linen set for your stay as it is standard unless you book the apartment for more than two guests then it will not be extra fee. For 3rd and 4th person we provide another set. If you need to request more set , it is £30 extra per set. ( The extra set will be in the closet only when you request )

-Kitchen: We provide pans, pots and all the cutleries. French coffee press. Unfortunately, we do not provide spices at the moment due to personal hygiene. The microwave is 3 in one, it is microwave, oven and grilled in one.

-A damage deposit could be required for certain bookings. It will be reimbursed in full on your check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

-Baby set: we can provide the baby cot, baby tub and high chair for your stay but we do not we do not provide baby bedlinen or duvets for the baby cot, as some babies have allergies and are very sensitive; I would strongly recommend you bring the basics to cover the little one.

- Security Deposit : Please note a security deposit protection is enabled against household incidents. The guest does not pay any amount when they make the reservation. No charge will be put forward unless a claim with the relative proof is made to Airbnb.

- Luggage storage : We provide storage luggage in the apartment mostly from 11:30am -3pm but it will all depend on the guests and the housekeeper's schedule as we do not have reception in the apartment so we can only keep the lugagge for you when the apartment is empty and when the housekeeper is in the building.

- Another exclusive superhost feature I offer is the flexibility discussing cancellations refunds or providing a voucher in case you need to cancel due to an emergency or a last-minute change of plans. This option will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending the circumstances, should Guests unexpectedly need to cancel, in a way that benefits both of us.
