About this space
Enjoy your stay in a well equipped, stylish 2 bedroomed house in a beautiful location, with great links into Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas. This recently renovated house is ideal for the contractor market or leisure with many attractions on its doorstep. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital is a short walk away.
The space
A great space for business or leisure, with Wi-Fi throughout for internet access.
This house has been recently renovated to a high standard.
The open plan living dining is a bright and airy space to eat or relax, with 1 sofas, 1 chair, TV and 4-seater dining table, leading out onto the large, private garden to enjoy good weather.
The high spec kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar for two people.
The master bedroom on the top floor features a double bed, bed side tables, wall mounted TV and storage space for a comfortable stay. Includes a modern en-suite bathroom with bath, and a great view to wake up to.
The second bedroom also features a double bed, desk to work from, and storage. This room has a modern shower en-suite bathroom.
The modern bathroom has shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.
Guest access
Access to the whole property and garden space bar one bedroom, that is locked.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
