About this space
Comfortable & Spacious apartment close to Birmingham City Centre. The apartment is well situated, with all the amenities of the city on the doorstep. Within a short drive or bus journey to both New Street Station and Snow Hill Station, the Bullring and Broad Street, guests can see all that Birmingham has to offer from this colorful and modernized property.
The space
This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with all the furnishings fixtures for a stay away from home. A converted warehouse which has beautiful high ceilings creating a bright, open and airy space to wind down after a long day.
The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine. The living/ dining space has a comfortable sofa, and 2-seater dining table.
The bedroom features a king sized bed, desk/ dressing table, storage space.
The modern bathroom has full sized shower, towel rail and complimentary toiletries.
The TV is a Smart TV supporting all streaming services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi for internet access.
Guest access
Access for guests is to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
