à propos de cet hébergement
Lavish Tudor Hall & Gardens - Sleeps 14!
Summary:
CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Our magnificent Grade 1 listed Tudor Hall dating back to 1478 has recently been restored to an award-winning standard of luxury and craftsmanship, gaining first prize from the Campaign for the Protection of Royal England. Set amongst 6 acres of private gardens, the Hall is complete with seven boutique bedrooms. The rooms have Vispring mattresses, egyptian-cotton bed linen and bathrooms featuring rainfall showers, marble vanity units and cast iron baths.
The Space:
Hales Hall is set across three floors:
GROUND FLOOR:
Entering the ground floor via the entrance hall, to your left you have the library & separate drawing room which is equipped with a 65â Smart TV & Netflix. To the right-hand side of the ground floor you will find the dining room with stunning dining table capable of seating 14+ for dinner whilst providing wonderful views of the Barn and across the open countryside. The 40-foot country kitchen is positioned at the end of the ground floor. The kitchen features a double Aga and additional separate gas hobs and oven, two dishwashers, two large sinks and is extremely well equipped for cooking substantial meals for the group. There is also a store/pantry beside the kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumbledryer for guest use.
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor hosts the music room which has a stunning baby grand piano as well as four of the seven bedrooms, each of which are equipped with en suite bathrooms with either showers or stunning roll-top baths.
- The Sir James Hobart suite is named after the man who built Hales Hall and attorney general to King Henry VII. It features a king size bed with en-suite with a roll-top bath.
- The Countess of Suffolk suite has a king size bed with an en-suite wet room as well as a feature fireplace and oak floors.
- Prudence features a double bed with an en-suite shower room.
- Dionysia has a brass king size bed with en-suite featuring a roll-top bath as well as having it own hideaway reading room.
SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor accommodates the final sitting room and remaining three bedroom suites.

The hall is set amongst 6 acres of haven gardens which are our pride and joy, decked in acres of topiary hedges and presenting floral avenues for an evening stroll. Take a picnic down by the pond or play cricket or croquet on the lawns. Walk the towering woodland and moats on one side and enjoy the panoramic East Anglian views across farmland on the other. There is a garden terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a firepit BBQ.
