THE SPACE

The apartment Borgo Montagna located in the center of San Zeno di Montagna,, a small village on the hills overlooking Lake of Garda, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.

San Zeno di Montagna offers more than 200km of trails from the Lake to Monte Baldo and roads for all your sporting activities such as Trekking and nordic walking or mountain biking and cycling. If you prefer an exciting experience you can also try paragliding or tanzaning.

LIVING SPACES with KITCHEN

The Residence is newly built and looks like a village surrounding the big pool

The bright living room consists of a big sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dining area with a modern table next to the kitchen complete with a refrigerator and freeze, induction stove, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities in the kitchen. The living area is open on the porch where you can enjoy your meals during your vacation.



ROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The apartment has two bedrooms on the same floor.

The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can become a double bed.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES

The apartment has a private porch overlooking the pool and the garden.

The porch leads to the little private area and you can have lunch or dinner or relax on the two sunbeds.

Inside the Residence, you can swim in the shared pool with 12 other properties and relax on the 2 private sunbeds at the pool.

Guests have access to a covered garage for a car.

San Zeno di Montagna is a terrace overlooking Lake Garda on the slopes of Monte Baldo. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.

Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with many attractions like Legoland, an Sealife Aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 20 km away.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km away.



GETTING THERE

From Torri del Benaco or from Garda, guests drive an uphill road of nearly 12 Km and arrive at the property's gate with the garage entrance or at the pedestrian gate on the main street.
