The newly constructed Swan Villas complex sits within a mile of fantastic restaurants like Maya Beach Bistro and a supermarket for home cooking. It's about seven miles from Placencia Village, where you'll find more restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Spend an afternoon lounging by the pool before putting on your snorkel gear and getting into the ocean.

The intriguing organic architectural style of this villa will enchant you. It is designed to mimic the harmony between nature and humanity. The open concept kitchen is well equipped for cooking, so you can easily prepare a romantic dinner with family or friends. This house also has a private washing machine and a hot tub. Breathtaking Experience

The property was very nice & peaceful. Only complaint was the mosquitos, but that's to be expected. Host was very help, maybe too helpful, but all is well. I would stay here again.

Just what we were hoping for.

The Swan Villas Seahorse provided a comfortable, clean, private environment for our relaxing getaway. While the architecture looked odd to us in the pictures, it provided a special, cool vibe when we were actually there. The living plants in the huge shower may have been our favorite feature, although the pool was remarkable, as well.

Very Unique Property

Such a neat property to stay at. Between incredibly unique architecture and a hot tub in the living room we were nothing short of impressed. Not to mention the private deck/ dock to hang out on the water, infinity pool, excellent communication with the hosts and all at a decent price we were beyond satisfied. There are two other shared houses on the property so be careful wearing your birthday suit! Otherwise couldn’t ask for a better crib. Thank you Sean Villa!

Unique, spacious & quiet stay

The stay was enjoyable. The location isn't close to town but not too far away either so it's a great get away especially if you're looking for privacy. The villa is really unique I loved the shower and the set up. It's very spacious and clean. A plus for me was having a kitchen to be able to cook along with the washer/dryer to do my laundry and the jacuzzi. Also, the heated pool so the water was nice and warm any time of the day. Having the toilet downstairs was a slight inconvenience when we needed to use the restroom at night. Also, I'd recommend to have the jacuzzi filled when guests arrive because there were some dirt in the water (aside from flies) so we had to get assistance in order to get the water changed.
