Perfectly situated at the Spanish Steps. Building with elevator and windows over the street. Definitely not luxury, very basic. We had a 15 day stay, No coffee provided, not even a few to start off. No paper towels, no sponge for sink, microwave did not work. Refrigerator doesnât close properly. TVs not connected to the Internet. Host is a corporation and failed to respond to inquiries prior to check in and during our stay. Wanted additional monies for a second key so make sure you ask at checkin for another key.
This apartment was in a great location, but the AC worked very poorly. I did contact host but she told me it was at least 10° cooler than the outside so there was no problem with the AC in her opinion. Iâm sorry when I pay for air conditioning I expect it to be colder at least 20° colder than what temperature is reading on the outside of the building. Ant infestation in one of the bathrooms-had to buy ant repellent and couldnât use bathroom for remainder of stay, which was for four days.Towels for 5 individuals that have to be reused for five days was just ridiculous.Trash bags would have been nice as well but these were not supplied.Host/agency employee helping with check in needs to be taught better skills on how to interact w/ guests-she was condescending.
Location of the apartment can't be beat - super close to Spanish steps and walkable to nearly all Roman attractions. I don't think I would classify the property or amenities as "Luxury" as noted in the title but great for a short term stay.
How can you go wrong with this location when Prada is just up the street?!! You canât. If only the air conditioning had worked in the bedrooms then it would have been better. Beautiful place and kind contacts
