South Hampstead conservation area is where the celebs live! Brand new, furnished to the highest standard with designer furniture throughout: including a designer Alno/Mielé glass kitchen & new marble bathroom. 4 mins walk to Finchley Rd Jubilee line/ Metropolitan line.

Beautifully designed whole apartment with private entrance, 1 x kingsize bed 1 x double bed with fresh white Egyptian cotton bed linen 1 x marble bathroom with shower & bath & fresh fluffy white towels. High speed fibre optic internet.

Situated on a quiet residential tree lined avenue super close to the centre 10 mins (Bond St/Oxford Circus). 5 mins to Regents park/Hampstead Heath.

No shoes in the apartment as it has brand new cream carpets and beautiful wood floors (no high heels). Please be careful with dirty suitcase wheels:)
keep the noise down after 12pm and be respectful to the neighbours - they are all very nice and most of them are owner occupiers thanks

Camden was a great location for us to central London. Easy access to 4 modes of public transportation and we used them all!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Mom (50's) and daughter (teens) stayed 5 nights at the flat. The tube is very convenient as are delivery services. Having a kitchen was handy for any take away meals. Felt very safe I would recommend to anyone looking to be a bit away from the hustle of zone 1.

Lovely London flat

My friends and I visited London and found this place the perfect jumping off point for all the different things we wanted to do in London as the tube is 5 min away and the bus stops even closer! It’s super well located while also being in a quiet and safe are and the flat itself is lovely and clean!

Had a fantastic stay at Simon’s. The area is great - felt very quite and calm but on a good tube station to get into London very easily The apartment is modern, clean and really nicely decked out thanks Simon for a wonderful stay and all the local recommendations as well!

Beautiful flat near everything

Clean, cheerful flat near restaurants, shops and the Tube. We enjoyed the sun filled living room and the Nespresso machine. Highly recommend!

Location is nice - close to subway. Neighbourhood has some lovely restaurants. Excellent for two people but second bedroom is not great as there is zero storage. Might not be great for seniors based on the shower which is part of a rather high bathtub with an awkward shower door.

Flat 8 was perfect for our 5 night stay at Christmas to be near the rest of the family in West Hampstead. Just the right size for the three of us and the baby. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in the area.

Fantastic place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. We hit the jackpot finding this place. The host had great communication skills and was really helpful. I hope to stay here again!!

Was our first trip to UK... place was clean, host was very accomidating, and location was excellent. Only drawback was uncomfortable beds. Couch was comfy. ;)

Great 3 days

This house was great. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean, easy to get to and from. Close to the tube and anything else you could need for an awsome stay. Simon answered any questions we had quickly. He has a great flat. Hope to return some time for longer.

Terrific location!

To begin with Simon was a wonderful host. Met us at the property and toured the flat with us. wonderful location..close to Underground station .....only a five minute walk away.

quiet neighborhood retreat

I have been a frequent traveler, and was here for a very intense work trip. It was such a pleasure to stay in this very clean and quiet flat. Transit is nearby and very convenient. A Nice Place to Call Home While Visiting London

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. The location has an underground station, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store a short walk away and getting into Central London was a breeze. Simon was very attentive and had lots of restaurant recommends. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Exactly as it appeared in the listing, the property was excellent: comfortable, nicely furnished, bright. The location was very convenient and short walk to tube stations and groceries. This is my home for 10 happy years. It's a great flat in a fantastic location. The architecture in Hampstead conservation area is stunning. As an interior designer, the apartment is beautifully furnished with designer furniture and art pieces and has 3.5m hight ceilings and loads of light. You'll love it, super close to town (only 10 mins 4 tube stops to Bond St).
