Cute place, Nicely Appointed

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The flat was gorgeous, and the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice, too: on a fairly quiet street, but walkable to the tube and restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience!

The Cleve Road flat is fantastic. The location is near the Tube which allowed us access to all of London. Our host was very attentive and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Mom (50's) and daughter (teens) stayed 5 nights at the flat. The tube is very convenient as are delivery services. Having a kitchen was handy for any take away meals. Felt very safe I would recommend to anyone looking to be a bit away from the hustle of zone 1.

Fantastic place

Had a fantastic stay at Simon’s. The area is great - felt very quite and calm but on a good tube station to get into London very easily The apartment is modern, clean and really nicely decked out thanks Simon for a wonderful stay and all the local recommendations as well!

Lovely London flat

My friends and I visited London and found this place the perfect jumping off point for all the different things we wanted to do in London as the tube is 5 min away and the bus stops even closer! It’s super well located while also being in a quiet and safe are and the flat itself is lovely and clean!

Christmas Lodging

Flat 8 was perfect for our 5 night stay at Christmas to be near the rest of the family in West Hampstead. Just the right size for the three of us and the baby. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. We hit the jackpot finding this place. The host had great communication skills and was really helpful. I hope to stay here again!!

A Nice Place to Call Home While Visiting London

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. The location has an underground station, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store a short walk away and getting into Central London was a breeze. Simon was very attentive and had lots of restaurant recommends. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

quiet neighborhood retreat

I have been a frequent traveler, and was here for a very intense work trip. It was such a pleasure to stay in this very clean and quiet flat. Transit is nearby and very convenient. Our London Holiday

An excellent place to stay

This is an excellent option for anyone who is looking for an updated , well equipped and clean flat in West Hampstead neighborhood with direct communication to the centre of London (5 minute walk to the tube station Jubillee Line ). We were two staying in this property and were very comfortable. Simon was extremely responsive and helpful.

Beautiful flat on a quiet street in a lively area. Not far from Jubilee line and easy access to various areas of the city. Simon was very easy to work with and we very much enjoyed our stay! 2nd bedroom was quite small with no closet, and fans for the bedrooms would have been helpful, but generally an aweaome place!

Perfect base

The property is bright, spacious and has all amenities at hand. The furnishings are of a very high standard and quality. Simon could not have been more helpful during our booking, and throughout our stay. The apartment is situated in a safe and beautiful residential area, I could not recommend it highly enough! Lovely Apartment

Although a tiny bit tricky to find the apartment within the building and to manage the locks, once inside it was a beautiful oasis. Easy walk to shops and the underground for quick trips anywhere in London. No coffee was provided which would have been a nice touch - particularly since you can’t easily get to a Nespresso shop. Bring your own - or ground coffee for the French Press.

This is my home for 10 happy years. It's a great flat in a fantastic location. The architecture in Hampstead conservation area is stunning. As an interior designer, the apartment is beautifully furnished with designer furniture and art pieces and has 3.5m hight ceilings and loads of light. You'll love it, super close to town (only 10 mins 4 tube stops to Bond St).
