The cottage was ideal situated for us to discover the beautiful Cotswolds. Itâs in a lovey location, quiet and rural but really close to Bourton on the water, the slaughters and many more picturesque villages
This cottage is very well kitted out, more spacious than you would expect from the outside and perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds, nothing ever seemed far away.
We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The location is excellent for visiting the area and also very quiet. We were a party of 4 including two small children.
Stayed for 3x nights in this charming cottage. Great central location. Quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and easy check-in procedures.
Tip: maintenance shower ceiling
Absolutely loved Clover Cottage! Excellent kitchen and bathroom.Spotless throughout with very comfortable beds and linen. Location is easy commute to Bourton on Water, Burford and Stow on the Wold. Very quite hamlet complete with people on horseback going by. Lovely Garden too!
Perfect little cottage in the perfect setting for taking in the Cotswolds. I canât say enoughâŠâŠ. Everything is immaculate and the owners have it set up with all the amenities that you would require. Detailed instructions on how to use and do
I stayed at Clover Cottage with my Mum and sisters. We found it very comfortable and in a beautiful and peaceful location.
The walk to Bourton-on-the-Water is lovely and Burford isnât far away. We visited the Cotswold wildlife park as that was close by too. The cottage was very comfortable and very spacious but if there was one thing that could have made it a top notch stay, it would have been nice to have a few more basic supplies in the property for arrival, eg more tea bags, bread, butter, eggs, and a few more toiletries to accommodate a family of 4 for 3 nights. As check in is quite late, if youâve travelled all day, there would be such a welcome extra treat. It was a great stay none the less.
This cottage was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. Its situated around 20 mins walk into Boughton on water and there is not a taxi around if you wanted one!
The owner of this property was the worse we had dealt with and we go away twice a year and book cottages. He didn't want to answer his phone, just used emails and it was like there was no friendliness just business. Some customers might like this but me and my husband like to speak to a human. We had requested a late check out and was told bluntly on email that he had already stated he cannot promise this at that moment in time, so we waited and had to send yet another email to him asking if he could let us know the outcome ( considering it was tommorow we were checking out !).
Aside this we still enjoyed our break away .
