Traditional interiors and vintage furniture are neatly wrapped up in a picture-postcard bow in this cosy one-bedroom apartment. Located on a quiet street that offers a perfect snapshot of what we like to think of as 'classic Paris', with it's eclectic architecture, rows of shuttered windows, and generous sprinkling of bakeries and bistros. There are plenty of local hotspots to explore, including the historic Catacombes and the impressive Montparnasse building, not to mention options aplenty for nipping around the city â with three subway stations just minutes away.
LIVING ROOM
Vintage charm abounds here, with rustic flooring, antique furniture, and a simple, chocolate-box aesthetic. Large windows let the light food in, illuminating a cushy seating area and a small dining table â ideal for four. The minty green sofa converts into a single sofa bed if you need space for an extra guest.
KITCHEN
A fairly narrow but well-equipped kitchen, it benefits from plenty of natural light and a good use of space. There's even room for a mini breakfast bar â a perfect perch for that all-important morning cuppa.
BEDROOM
Clean, white interiors and a minimalist aesthetic create a sense of calm. Come for the picturesque window views, stay for the bedtime TV.
BATHROOM
A bright, sparklingly white bathroom, featuring a bath and handheld shower, a wash basin, and a WC. Please note that you'll need to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom and that it is only possible to take showers in the bathtub.
STUDY
Nothing sets the mood for work quite like a cool blue palette. Adorable chequered floors and an impressive use of shelf space characterise this handy little office space, complete with desk and computer.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**

No smoking or parties! To access the main property, guests will have to go through the bedroom first. There's a single sofa bed in the living room, perfect if you need space for an extra guest. The fireplace in here is purely decorative, though it certainly adds to the cosiness. A dog usually lives here, so if you have allergies this may not be the best home for you. If you're travelling with your own pets though, they'd be very welcome - just please request in advance. Whilst Pernety Station is closest, Alesia Station is also just minutes away and offers excellent links to some of the city's best tourist attractions. There's currently no washing machine available. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
