Ce charmant appartement situé au dernier étage se trouve à seulement 160 mètres de la plage, dans un quartier calme de Puerto Pollensa.

Idéal pour une ou deux personnes, il offre un équilibre parfait entre confort et emplacement.

Situé au deuxième étage (accès uniquement par escaliers), l’appartement ne dispose pas de parking privé, mais il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et un parking public gratuit se trouve à seulement 50 mètres.

Le logement comprend une cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée, une salle à manger, une salle de bain avec douche, un salon, ainsi qu’une chambre confortable avec un lit double. À ce même niveau, vous trouverez un joli balcon avec une table – parfait pour prendre le petit-déjeuner en plein air. Le salon et la chambre sont tous deux équipés de la climatisation réversible sans restrictions horaires, garantissant un séjour agréable en toute saison.

Depuis l’intérieur, un escalier mène à une terrasse privée avec vue sur la montagne.

La résidence dispose d’une piscine exclusivement réservée aux résidents et aux invités, offrant une atmosphère paisible et détendue.

This is a lovely , comfortable apartment in a good location. The washing machine was a “God send”. The only problem we had was inflexible check out time. There was plenty of room to keep luggage for a few hours without disturbing anyone else but this was not an option. A difficult situation, in very high temperatures for two pensioners who had a late flight . We had to leave the night before and book into a hotel.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sun Villas! Mariana war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und konnte uns jederzeit hilfreiche Antworten geben. Das Airbnb war außergewöhnlich sauber und mit seiner Größe perfekt – für zwei Personen sogar sehr großzügig. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend vorhanden, nur ca. 1–2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand war nur eine Minute zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch eine Bäckerei sowie ein Supermarkt waren in etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg bequem zu erreichen. Besonders schön war der Sonnenuntergang von der oberen Terrasse – einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wirkt insgesamt sehr seriös und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet und gestaltet. Leider war die Reservierung aufwendig weil der Vermieter viele Daten sowie Fotos und Ausweiskopien von allen Besuchern verlangt hat. Das war sehr ungewöhnlich.

We really enjoyed our stay in Port de Pollença. The apartment was 2 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes to the main big supermarket. It is on the outer right side of the town but it’s a short walk too all main bars/restaurants. There was an amazing friendly bakery 2 mins away we went to most mornings! The apartment was okay. Could do with an update/freshen up. The bed isn’t great, only 1 pillow each and they felt quite cheap/not comfy. The linens are also very basic and not super comfy. Kitchen is okay for two people but could do with some more crockery, chopping boards, knives etc. Some comfier seating in the lounge area would be nice too. The terrace and balcony are lovely spaces, that get the sun. Both are pretty overlooked. The pool was lovely and clean, we swam everyday and we never experienced anyone using it at the same time as us which was nice. It was freezing (so we assumed unheated) which was fine but be aware it gets no sun at all throughout the day, so you can’t sunbathe

Todo muy bien, apartamento amplio para 2 personas! No lo recomiendo para mas de 2 huéspedes ya que solo tiene un dormitorio.A 3 minutos andando de la playa, restaurantes, bares, etc. Parking gratuito muy cerca y el supermercado a 5 min andando.Perfecto para gente que no quiere usar el coche ya que tienes todo lo que necesitas a 5 minutos andado!Si tuviera que destacar algo malo seria que la máquina externa del aire acondicionado del dormitorio se encuentra en la cocina, cada vez que encendías el aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, se calentaba la cocina y el resto de la casa.

The apartment looks like in the photos: Clean, comfy and two balconies. The lower ground is equipped with two ACs, which is very necessary in Mallorca in summertime. We had an issue with the dishwasher - the host helped us very fast. Overall: Good communication, clean apartment, very close to the beach (like 2 min?), NO private parking, good wifi (80mbit) and everything what you need for a workation or vacation.

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. Booking was easy and Mariana provided all information we needed. The location is perfect, everything is within easy reach, beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The terraces are fantastic giving great outdoor eating and sun bathing spaces . The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Great Holiday

This penthouse apartment is right in the middle of Port de Pollenca and close to the beach, pine walk, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket. It was the perfect base from which to explore the town and the surrounding area and we loved it. The apartment is clean and quiet and has everything you would need for a stay in this lovely town. There is a balcony to the front, where we had breakfast each morning, and a large sun terrace upstairs, which is a real sun trap. There is a small private pool downstairs which was very quiet and the whole property is very well maintained. We found the apartment very homely and we quickly felt like 'locals'. Mariana was excellent to deal with and we were in touch with her right from making the initial booking. We would certainly recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Port de Pollenca and we hope to return at some point in the future.

a little gem

just returned from a one week stay in this small, but perfect for 2 people, apartment and have to say that it ticked virtually all the boxes for my husband and myself. It is less than 500 metres to the lovely beach and only a few minutes walk to the large Eroski Supermarket. A stroll into the main square takes no more than 7-8 minutes for restaurants like Osteria N15 and the closest restaurants are a 2 minute walk down to the main promenade - La Cabana is to be recommended. location for us was just about perfect in all respects. The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area and is well maintained and equipped. The bathroom now has a very good, large shower, rather than the bath/shower arrangement shown in the pictures and the kitchen is small but well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, full oven and hob and a microwave although there was no chopping board which was a bit of a nuisance for me as I enjoy doing a little cooking when on holiday. a nice touch tho was the small supply of dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid and the filter papers for the coffee machine. loved the balcony to the front but the real prize was the upstairs terrace with 2 sun beds and table and chairs which was just a fantastic little sun trap. Don't depend on the barbie tho as it was badly rusted and unuseable. Bed was 2 singes pushed together and we had no problem with that although the mattresses and pillows are pretty basic.. didn't spoil our sleep mind you. good air-conditoning too.. only used the pool once but it was very clean and i saw the pool man there once during the week so it was well maintained too. actually cant find any negatives about the flat to be honest. It was very clean and the paintwork etc was all fresh and smart..Towels changed midway through the week. Contacted Mariana for help as to on which TV channel my husband could watch the Champions league Final in the apartment and she came back immediately with the information courtesy of her husband, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly....Overall, we loved it and had a fantastic holiday staying here and fully intend to return in the future.. highly recommend it, great value for money

Perfekt gelegene FeWo mit überzeugender Ausstattun

Überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage - mit ein paar kleineren Mängeln. Überzeugend sind neben dem großzügigen Schnitt insbesondere der Balkon und die Dachterrasse! Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.
