Right on the corner of the Jardin des Plantes, just a stone's throw from the banks of the Seine, and smack in the middle of Paris's ancient Latin Quarter, this three-bedroom apartment has plenty to brag about location-wise. With two subways just minutes away, it's equally easy to whizz around town. Just don't blame us if the temptation to relax at home wins out â a cosy living room, vintage aesthetic, and charming little balcony can be tricky to resist. And frankly, we wouldn't want to.
LIVING ROOM
Soft textures abound in this cosy living room, with its plush sofas, richly coloured rugs, and delightful balcony views.
DINING ROOM
Just beyond the living room is a little dining area with an extra sprinkling of salon-style elegance provided by parquet flooring, vintage furniture, and intricately patterned wallpaper.
KITCHEN
Compact but well-furnished, with the added bonus of a little fold-out table and chair.

The 5th arrondissement is located on the left bank of the Seine River and is more commonly known as the Latin Quarter due to the many universities in the area. A truly historical area of Paris, several rare archaeological remains can be found in this part of Paris. The Panthéon crowns the hill of the centre of this historical arrondissement. On a nice, clear summer evening you can walk down to the Jardin des Plantes, the botanical gardens, and enjoy a picnic or leisurely stroll around in this beautiful, well maintained garden. There are also many museums around this arrondissement, and you can even find a year-round open-air market on rue Mouffetard.
