Bournecoast are delighted to offer FLORENCE, a ground floor apartment with modern interiors, perfect for couples looking for contemporary accommodation in an ideal holiday location. The property is in a great position just walking distance from the award winning sandy beaches of Boscombe and Boscombe High Street. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Bournecoast are also marketing other apartments in the block if you wish to holiday as a larger family group together but prefer to have the space and privacy of staying in separate apartments.

THE APARTMENT:
This apartment has a Double Bedroom with the benefit of a Juliet balcony and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet.

There is an open plan lounge/diner which has been tastefully furnished, including a sofa bed to sleep one person, and this room also benefits from a Juliet balcony. The lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - BOSCH TASSIMO COFFEE MACHINE.

There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note a space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).

a few disappointing points

Too much furniture in such a small flat no need for a second couch or second small table could barely put the eating table up to eat should be a washer dryer no place to dry towels and if they got washed they took days to dry kitchen was lovely main bed tiny for 2 but towels were fantastic great size poor wi-fi kept disconnecting was reasonable for the few days we were there would recommend with above changes would benefit from a mop as well
