We loved staying at this property! It's very comfortable, clean, and in a great location to explore historic Rome. The host was very friendly and helpful.
We liked the location very much as it was central to the city and made walking everywhere quite enjoyable. There is a decent supermarket a couple of doors down, and nice restaurants just across the street. All in all, convenient and comfortable. The one minor annoyance was street noise, especially early in the morning, but if youâve been doing Rome properly, you will sleep through anything!
What a great location for a visiting tourist. Steps from the Spanish Steps, and a short walk to Trevi Fountain. We even walked back from the Vatican tour, which was a longer walk (2+KM) but the weather was perfect. There is a grocery store right next to the house to get what you may need (water, alcohol, food, etc.). I would stay at this location again if given the chance. Location is not on first floor but an elevator that fits 1-2 people is within the building. So happy we picked the location, and we really didn't spend much time inside because we were out and about. Thank you for a great trip experience.
Host extremely responsive. The bedroom was large, bed was very comfortable , and there was a lot of closet/storage space.apartment is smaller in person than pictures suggest. Great location!
Coming into the building is kind of grimy
And not too welcoming.
The apartment itself definitely needs some TLC.. the kitchen ceiling is cracked and peeling.. very bare bones kitchen . For instance, there was only one ikea sharp knife. Donât plan to cook there.
I went to the closet to get another blanket, only to find the comforter stuffed in the closet unwashed . I thought since Covid everything would be clean. The host sent over two new blankets immediately. The small decorative cushions on the couch were dirty and smelled like every renter that had been there before us. When I mentioned it, the cleaning people took them out to wash them but I never saw them again.
Would I stay there again? I donât know.
We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location. Francesca was very helpful on all accounts. I booked the wrong day for our luggage storage and we were able to check in a little early. She arranged great car service coming and going. I wish i would have checked on the coffee situation as we have never used a Bialetti stove top maker and there was tea but no coffee for that first morning. Keep in mind that this is a bustling part of the city and you will have a lot of noise. Earplugs for sleeping are a plus. Thank you so much for hosting us.
The apartment is exactly what was listed and the location is very convenient to the Spanish Steps and Fountain of Trevi. Would stay again if we come back to Rome!
Great stay. Clean apartment in perfect location to see everything Rome had to offer. Only problem was elevator that broke down several times during our stay making climbing 5 floors difficult for mid seventy couple especially with luggage.
Lovely, immaculate apartment just blocks from the Spanish Steps. Close to Romaâs fashion district and surrounded by great and historic coffee bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of important museums, historic sites, Metro and taxi stand. This is a gem and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Eternal City!!
The apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in photos & location was great. Really good communication from Andrea and the team arranging the check in time. Weâd happily stay again.
Property was as described. Elevator and air conditioning were a great plus. Kitchen very well equipped. Everything was immaculate. Great location. Easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Metro. Highly recommend.
