A Fantastic villa set in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the hotel with bars, restaurants and the first tee.
In a quiet tranquil horseshoe shaped close with wonderful views overlooking the golf course.
Large sized rear garden with good sized swimming pool, plenty of sunshine with shaded areas throughout the day.
The boulevard with bars and restaurants approx 10 mins walk as well as a well stocked supermarket.
Beach 10 min drive away in the town of Los Alcazares which has many shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa is well equipped for families as well as golfers to have the most wonderful time.

Great villa

Lovely location, close to the clubhouse and Clover bar. In a quiet cup-de-sac and has everything you need. Great space outside to entertain and enjoy the pool. Brilliant space inside and there was 9 of us. A few little issues but the key holders sorted those out straight away. Thanks for letting us stay, had a great time.

Excellent holiday!

Fantastic villa which was perfect for our party of 7- 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The villa was great, kids each had their own rooms which worked out well with one couple upstairs and the other downstairs. David & Tracy (the owners) had thought of everything possible so the villa was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay- many thanks for the fizz & beers on arrival! Terry, the keyholder, met us on arrival- contact throughout was excellent and she had even completed a shop for us which was much appreciated. All in all a great holiday in a fantastic villa- we will definitely be back!

Perfect holiday

We have just arrived back home from 10 days at this villa and it was absolutely perfect. Our contact Terry couldn't have been any more helpful. The owners contact was also very prompt and helpful. The villa was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a great size too. This is our second time at mar menor golf resort and we will definitely be back and would love to visit this property again. There are nice restaurants nearby and the beach is a 10-15 min drive. The hotel is couple of mins walk away and the area is very peaceful and safe. Fabulous for a family holiday!

Lovely stay

Villa was great, just be aware that its very light in the top bedroom, there is no door and no blind on the windows! We really enjoyed our week here, the pool was lovely and had a great choice of seating. We had problems with the showers upstairs but it seems these are soon to be replaced. Shop nearby along with a bar by the hotel pool. Easy drive to other shops and beaches. Terry was our contact and was super helpful and quick in responding. All in all a great stay.

Lovely Villa in a good location. Would recommend.

The villa was great. Had everything needed for a great family holiday. The villa is spacious and extremely clean and the outdoor space with the lovely pool was perfect for all the family’s needs. There was additional items for a baby ; cot, highchair, bath and toys which was a lovely touch. Thank you to Terry who made the checking in and out seamless and was on hand if there were any issues ( which there was not 😀) and to the owners who left a lovey bottle of bubbles, which my husband and I enjoyed before the family turned up 👍 . Thank you all for a great stay. It was my grandsons first holiday abroad and the villa was perfect for the whole family. Would certainly recommend .

Our stay at villa on mar menor golf resort

We all enjoyed are stay at villa nice and big and spacious for everyone.children enjoyed the pool which was very big and plenty of inflatables and had use of mountain bikes which where supplied by villa owner.we enjoyed bbq and eating out at the spacious villa. Apart from the steps to the loft bedroom being very steep and the down stairs bedroom not having a wardrobe everything else was perfect and would definitely recommend.

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay at David’s property. A group of 2 grandparents, 3 adults and one child. The location and facilities were exactly as described, we were really happy with our stay. The little “welcome” touches were appreciated. There was enough Sun beds, utensils etc to accommodate our family. One really positive aspect was the pool, unlike many others on the resort this had steps into with a slow gradient, prefect for younger children and adults not wishing to go in, but deep enough in the deep end for adults. The biggest asset to the villa was Terry (key holder) and Phil (pool guy) both were really helpful and accommodating, especially when my daughter was ill and needed medical attention. Thank you for allowing us to create memories in your home this summer.

We purchased this villa off plan in 2003 and have had fantastic holidays with family and friends there. We have seen the Mar Menor Golf Resort flourish over the years with the hotel being established as well as bars and restaurants on the Boulevard.
We have 3 Daughters and 3 grandchildren who have had many a great time at the villa.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

the Villa is placed in a lovely location on the resort in a quiet horse shoe shaped close.
It has a good sized rear garden with a great sized pool that will keep kids and adults entertained.
The villa is well equipped for every need including cot and highchair.
A large bedroom was added to the property 3 years ago downstairs for anyone who may find climbing stairs a problem with a toilet/shower room located just outside the bedroom door.
The golf shop is located in the hotel which is a short walk from the property.
