Summary A contemporary mews house for 4 just a short level walk from central Bath. Ground floor with living, dining, kitchen, w.c and utility room. Both bedrooms are en-suite shower rooms and on the 1st floor. Entrance into the property takes you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Cleverly designed though with a front little lobby separating the front door from the lounge and complete with hanging for coats and racks for shoes. There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 additional lounge chairs along with plenty of tables and lighting. There is an electric fire which can be used for effect only or 2 heat settings. Above it is a large built in smart TV. Further along is a dining table with seating for 4 and positioned under high ceilings looking up to the 1st floor and a stunning chandelier. An electrically controlled velux window in the roof ensures plenty of light in. The newly fitted kitchen has a single oven, induction hob, large built in fridge and separate freezer, built in microwave and plenty of storage units filled with everything you need for those meals in.
Next to the kitchen is a utility area with w.c. and sink, and a washing machine and separate dryer.

Up a flight of stairs are the 2 ensuite bedrooms joined by a galleried walkway which overlooks the dining area.
