Both bedrooms are en-suite shower rooms and on the 1st floor. Smart TV above an electric fireplace Bluetooth sound systems in the lounge and master bedroom Fibre 2 Fast Broadband Stylish open plan kitchen living area with dining table for 4 Private parking bay immediately outside the property for 1 car with electric car charging point. 2 beautiful parks within close walking distance and also close access to the canal path network. Designed with lots of skylights and open areas to let the light in Electric Car ChargerThis stunning new holiday let has been redesigned throughout offering a chic modern design, open plan ground floor living, velux windows and high open ceilings allowing the light to pour in. New kitchen, w.c. and utility area, 2 new ensuite shower rooms and bedrooms with exposed beams.

The Ground Floor
Entrance into the property takes you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Cleverly designed though with a front little lobby separating the front door from the lounge and complete with hanging for coats and racks for shoes. A step up takes you into the lounge with a desk and chair, high speed internet next to a bay window with plantation shutters. There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 additional lounge chairs along with plenty of tables and lighting. There is an electric fire which can be used for effect only or 2 heat settings. Above it is a large built in smart TV. Further along is a dining table with seating for 4 and positioned under high ceilings looking up to the 1st floor and a stunning chandelier. An electrically controlled velux window in the roof ensures plenty of light in. The newly fitted kitchen has a single oven, induction hob, large built in fridge and separate freezer, built in microwave and plenty of storage units filled with everything you need for those meals in.

Next to the kitchen is a utility area with w.c. and sink, and a washing machine and separate dryer.

The First Floor
Up a flight of stairs are the 2 ensuite bedrooms joined by a galleried walkway which overlooks the dining area. The master bedroom at the front has a king size 5' bed with built in lighting above and a dressing table and built in wardrobe. There are double doors opening to a juliette balcony. The large ensuite shower room is tiled throughout with mirrored storage, sink, w.c. and large walk in shower with handheld shower as well as a large rain overhead shower. The ceilings have been opened up exposing beams and providing light to the room.

Walk along the corridor, past the stunning chandelier hanging from the ceiling above the dining table and into the 2nd bedroom. The beds can be made up as 2 singles or a superking 6' bed. There is a built in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space as well as a small ensuite shower room with w.c., sink, storage, and walk in shower with a large overhead shower as well as a hand held shower unit.

There is parking for 1 car right out front the property. Alternatively the Bath Spa coach and train stations are a level 15-20 minute walk. The property has an electric car charging point for those coming with electric cars.

The owner of this property is open for discussion regarding bringing one dog. Small to medium size preferred and provided the dog does not go into the bedrooms.

The perfect location in Bath.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home located just on the edge of central Bath. A very cozy interior with all the amenities we needed. Provided parking was a huge plus for us, too. Comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms was an added comfort.

Family Couples Vacation

The location was excellent for walking around town. The main floor was very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. While the baths were a bit cramped, they met our needs adequately. It was a plus to have off street parking. Overall, this was a very nice rental for two couples and we easily felt at home.

Bath Vacation

Great, quiet property. Just a 15 minute walk from the train station. Quick walk into the main part of Bath. Lots to see and do. Nice park just around the corner to play and walk through. The house itself was well equipped and we were able to cook meals and clean up easily.

A very nice rental

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only constructive advice I could give you would be to say that it was a little bit chilly in the evenings as we sat downstairs prior to departing for dinner and it was the next morning when we got up and we adjusted the heat at those moments nothing seemed to happen to change the temperature.. the only other thing I had is that a dust pan would be useful for sweeping the floor in the kitchen

Beautiful Property!

We stayed three nights in this beautiful property and enjoyed every moment. Warm and contemporary, this property is perfectly located between a short walk into the city centre or an easy walk down the Kennet and Avon Canal - which was our most favourite thing to do. Seeing the stunning homes along the canal and watching the long boats clear the locks was amazing. Bath is a beautiful city that feels small yet has everything you need. And to stay in such a lovely property was the icing on the cake. The app for the property provided every detail and the communication was almost instant. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

Well decorated quiet central location

We liked that it was on a quiet road with very little traffic overlooking the church. The bed in Bedroom 2 was large and very comfortable. The bed in Bedroom 1 would benefit from a mattress topper. Luckily it was just two of us staying, so we could sleep in the back bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a small issue which the rental company addressed within a few hours, excellent service. 10 minute walk into town. Plenty of parks and riverside to walk the dog. Would recommend

Inaccuracies, surcharges and building work

We had issues with communication and payment links for Vrbo. There is no complaints process at Vrbo and phonicalls to discuss were unsuccessful. In this process we discovered that the host's agent was charging upwards of ÂŁ200 extra on Vrbo for the two nights compared to a direct booking. Again Vrbo were no help in understanding the large price increase. We arrived at the property to find that extensive building works were taking place next door. Drilling on the other side of our bedroom wall and hammering/sawing heard throughout the property. We had not been informed of the works prior to our arrival. We complained to the agent, BHR, that same day and were told they would talk to the owners. We heard no more. We were awoken the following morning by the arrival of the builders and the restarting of hammering/sawing and drilling. We wrote a complaint to the agent and were again told that they would talk to the owners and builders. Nothing more was heard. Thankfully the builders did not work on Saturday morning, although as that was the morning we were departing we did not benefit from the quiet! Additionally, the property is marketed as 'newly refurbished'. Whilst it has been refurbished it is clearly no longer 'newly refurbished'. There is extensive wear and tear showing with scratched paintwork, an oven that is not completely clean, scuffs on the wall and calcium build up around the shower tray.
