46 Crowthers Hill is an enticing, mid-terrace, three-storey cottage nestled near the coast in Dartmouth, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Please note: the property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people and a sitting area with a TV The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a mezzanine twin and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. Outside, there is an enclosed, multi-level back garden with a terrace, decking, patio and furniture. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, 0.1 miles, a pub, and 1.7 miles, a beach. This property accepts one small dog. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For an excellent break in Devon, choose 46 Crowthers Hill. Note: There are steps leading down to the patio from the decked terrace to the patio, please take care. Note: The cottage enjoys an allocated space in a private parking area opposite on Jawbones Hill, as an alternative; there is ample pay and display parking facilities near by. Note: Property accepts 1 small well behaved dog. Dogs must remain downstairs and not go up to the first floor, Dogs not allowed on furniture, No dog to be left unattended, Dog safety is the owner's own responsibility.
