Drum House is a beautifully designed property spanning four floors in the seaside town of Dartmouth. Drum House has a large open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, the perfect social space during dinner time. A substantial lounge on the first floor with a plush comfy corner seater sofa and free standing chair, great for a cosy evening in watching a good film lounging in front of the gas fire. The second and third floors house the bedrooms and bathrooms catering for a full group of six people, with one ensuite in the master bedroom, separate shower room and separate family bathroom. Drum House is located on a street set back from the main town centre, the property is less than 200 yards away from the shops, restaurants and cafes and is a level walk too!

Kitchen/Diner Range style cooker with five gas ring hobs and double electric oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Bluetooth/DAB radio, washer/dryer.

Lounge Wall mounted 32" Flat Screen Smart TV with Freeview and streaming services, Gas Fire, Large Corner Sofa, Freestanding Chair, Foot Cushion.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas fire in Lounge.


Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: Roughly 200 yards (The Dolphin Inn)


Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No Smoking. Property accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Please be aware this property is set over 4 floors therefore, we feel this property is not suitable for infants or toddlers. Baby friendly equipment is not supplied for the above reason.

Good location. Cold house - single glazed as expected in old house however heating setting only 1 hour a day so did change for duration. No welcome information. No parking permit. Closest free parking is not recommended in emailed info but another carpark is where you have to move the car after 4 hours - frustrating. Be aware the closest carpark has market days and you cannot park there between displayed hours. In the main carpark there were several cars with holiday house permits - that would have been a nice bonus. Good local Resturants. Quiet location.
