Comfortable, well equipped cottage in the centre of town and only a couple of minutes walk from river, shops, restaurants, bars and market.Highly recommend staying here for a great break.
A lovely house, so clean, every amenity thought of, very comfortable. We have stayed here 3 times and have booked again for next year. We thoroughly recommend it.
Excellent property in very central location and great having parking as used buses, trains and ferries most of the time. Definitely get ferry back from Totnes and to Greenways and Stoke Gabriel well worth a visit for lunch. Kendrickâs also a lovely place for evening meal but need to book.
Very impressed with the accommodation. Very clean, everything worked as it should. Location was well situated for all amenities. Would recommend.Tracey the host was very helpful.
Yet again another fabulous stay. Property is just so comfortable and close to all amenities. We are booked in again for next May and this will be our third time. Highly recommended.
Just 2 cousins wanting a getaway, near facilities and still active enough to make the steps up Brown Hill! The host had decorated for Xmas and much appreciated. Lots of lovely walks, ferry rides, delicious foods in the market & deli and window shopping made for a relaxing holiday. M&S Food nearby was a bonus for cooking over the period
A lovely well equipped cottage near the centre of Dartmouth. The parking permit really helped so that we could park in the large car park nearby all week. We got around easily via the ferries and local buses so had little need of the car when we were on holiday.
Couldn't recommend this cottage enough. It has recently been refurbished and is just lovely inside! It's not massive but suited us (2 adults and a baby) really well! Great location for the town centre, the only downside is the steps but even with a pram it wasn't that bad! We had a lovely week there and would definitely stay again if we headed back to Dartmouth!
Perfect for us- two adults two littles. Well equipped and brilliantly located property. Parking in Dartmouth is indeed an absolute nightmare but it didnât bother us⊠until we pulled into load up to go home and promptly got a parking ticket! Other than that a good trip.
Great location and really handy to have the car park pass. It's only a 2 minute walk from the property to the car park.
Property is right in the centre of town with great views. Really comfortable and perfect size for a family of 4 and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable week.
Great communication from the host and good not having to worry about bringing towels and bed linen.
Excellent value and would highly recommend.
What a beautiful property right in the heart of town- perfect to enjoy all the festivities for Regatta week, house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable felt like a home away from home, Tracey was very helpful and we are so glad we booked - parking pass worked fine - mid week we had to switch to park and ride due to fair for regatta but this was no problem, Thanks so much we didn't want to leave x
My wife and i had a really great stay at no20 centre of town 2mins from river there r steps to go up but got used to them just a little exercise if u r not to infirm nice and clean good layout all good.
Property was lovely, the owners have made the best use of the space over 3 floors. Communication with the owner was great, good directions and map to help us find the property. Nice welcome with wine and Devon cream tea. Ideal location, easy 3 min walk to the car park and the quayside. Car parking permit was essential and we usually found a space in the car park or were able to park on the road and move later.
Lovely. Well situated. Great to use as a base for exploration. Lots of steps, which we loved and tackled with gusto! Warm, cosy, good showers and comfy bed. Dartmouth has much to offer, and we went on a couple of expeditions. Greenways, and the round Robin. Plus excursions in the car to Bigbury on Sea,Thurlestone , Kingsbridge, Torcross etc. btw, the Naval college tour was excellent as well.
Fantastic cottage. Well equipped and well appointed. Dartmouth is a lovely harbour town and the fact that everything you need is walking distance from the perfect quiet location of the property is a bonus.
Schöne zentrale Lage im Herzens Dartmouths. Das HÀuschen ist wie beschrieben, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Betten waren schon recht durchgelegen.
The present owners fell in love with Dartmouth and its surrounding area some years ago and wanted to spend more time in this special place. Twenty Browns Hill provides them with the opportunity to do this and to share the experience with friends, family and other guests. We hope to see you soon.
