Summary: Amazing base for exploring London, this contemporary and stylish three double bedroom apartment sleeps six. The property is located on the fourth floor (walk up all the way with no lift - guests must understand this before booking) in a corner building above a restaurant and super close to the British Museum. Ideal for small groups and families. Nearest stations are Tottenham Court Road (Northern, Central, Elizabeth lines) and Russell Square for Piccadilly line.
The Space: Once inside the property, you are within a very generous three bedroom apartment that occupies the entire top floor of the building. The large open plan reception room has a comfortable sofa, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a washing machine so that you can do some laundry and travel light, a dishwasher because who wants to do the dishes by hand, toaster and kettle, fridge, stove/hob, oven and microwave. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use.
All three bedrooms have freshly made beds with hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV and good quality towels for all guests. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a second bathroom where we provide some toiletries on arrival. We also put together a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.
Good quality wifi is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital.
All City Living London properties offer convenient bases to discover what London has to offer so that you can recharge at the end of the day and then do it all again.
This dual aspect building is located on the corner of Bury Place and Bloomsbury Way and houses seven properties which vary in size depending on the number of guests. With freeview, wifi and all bills included, every convenience is catered for to allow you to go on and enjoy your stay.

Guest Access: Self check in means you can let yourself in with our detailed instructions anytime after 3pm although we recommend you arrive before 10pm if possible. Self check in means no guessing arrival times to meet your host of key handover or stressing about running late. Just turn up and let yourself in using our clear instructions. Check out couldn't be easier; just vacate with your possessions by 10am and close the door behind you. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest.
The Neighborhood: Bloomsbury has strong literary and academic roots and was once home to authors such as Virginia Woolf, JM Barrie, EM Forster, Charles Dickens and John Maynard Keynes although not all at the same time. It is home to many of the University of London colleges as well as the British Museum. Theatreland and a huge selection of independent restaurants are available in nearby Covent Garden, Soho and Fitzrovia.
Getting Around: Superb transport links including the Piccadilly line at Russell Square and Tottenham Court Road for Northern, Central and Elizabeth lines. The London Stadium can be reached in 45 minutes direct to Stratford on the Elizabeth line, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium can be reached in 45 minutes via the Elizabeth line and Overground to Silver Street station and Wembley can be reached within an hour via the Elizabeth line one stop and then the Jubilee line to Wembley Park station.

This place was perfect to get around in London, especially to the theatres. There are great restaurants around too! Mostly everything was walkable and the Piccadilly line was super close too if needed! Hardest part was those flight of stairs going back up but if you physically can, then you’ll be okay!

Great location near British Museum and near two underground stations. I wish I would have checked prior about air conditioning availability, as this had none and the flat would get to 85 C during the day. Too, I either missed this detail or it wasn’t mentioned that this was in the 3rd or 4th floor of a narrow staircase. 70 stairs to the top! Overall nice place but would not stay at this property again.

Excellent place, lousy shower
Everything about this property is excellent especially the security (2 key pads to get in to the place). The only draw backs were the dust streaks over the guest bedroom bed and the shower head didn’t work. We had to spend the 5 nights we stayed there using the shower wand. Maintenance was suppose to fix it but it was never repaired during our stay. If the shower worked properly it would get 5 stars.

Holborn apt
New (updated) property, very clean, wired with USB ports in bedroom outlets. Efficient access with entry code. Close to Holborn Tube station (Piccadilly and Central lines), British Museum at the end of the block. Was perfect for two female and one male business associates. Tight staircase to 4th floor walk up., which we knew in advance. Would stay there again.

Cute, clean place in a great location but management company lacking.
We enjoyed our stay very much and this apt was everything we expected - once we arrived!
Dealing with the management company was concerning as we had paid for the accommodations in full and they told us we had not, just days before our arrival. Our bank was telling us this was a high-risk company so we were already feeling uneasy. After having googled the company we felt more comfortable to go ahead and make payment. So when we were told they didn't receive any money from us and sent us a QR code to pay through (which was not how we paid the first time), that concerned us. Finally after having sent them the confirmation of payment, they stated they had received it. That felt like a big miss on their part. We then had to request the access information to get in.
Once arrived and able to get in, it was a great place to stay!

Great location but poor overall experience
The property is just a block from the entrance to the British Museum with great walkability to lots. Unfortunately, the property had a terrible break in the bathroom of the main bedroom which was so bad that the bathroom was basically unusable. The shower in the other bathroom did not work. Between the two issuescand four adults, bathroom use was problematic. Mentioned this to the property manager and they sent someone over but didn't tell us. There was a pounding on the door which was unexpected and then a clear attempt to use a code on the keypad to get in when we didn't answer. It was frightening like an attempted break in. The listing also understate the challenges with the stairs. It's five flights of narrow and turning stairs with a greater than usual rise per step and shorter than usual run. Super difficult to carry a suitcase up safely.Presented all of this to the property manager and suggested a partial refund but they refused. I cannot recommend this property.
