Welcome to this stunning apartment on calle VĂ©lez-MĂĄlaga above Burriana Beach in Nerja, Spain â a perfect getaway for up to 6 guests looking to experience the charm of the Mediterranean in style and comfort. This elegant apartment, completely renovated in every room, offers a balcony and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, a private jacuzzi (booked separately and there is an additional 70 Euro to start), and access to a communal swimming pool, all in a peaceful setting just minutes from Nerjaâs best beaches and attractions. Here, modern design meets proximity to the lively pulse of the town, making this the ultimate choice for families, friends or couples looking for a memorable holiday.
Apartment highlights
This bright and modern apartment is designed to make your stay unforgettable. It can accommodate 6 guests with 2 bedrooms: one room with a comfortable double bed and one room with two single beds, both equipped with high Swedish standard beds for the best sleeping comfort. In the open and airy living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people, perfect for extra guests. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as an extra toilet. The larger bedroom has direct access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee and the sea breeze.
The two terraces are the heart of the apartment. The first, accessed from the living room and master bedroom, has a dining table for lovely al fresco meals overlooking the neighbourhood. A spiral staircase from the living room leads up to a spectacular roof terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, a charcoal grill and a private jacuzzi (booked separately â filled with fresh water, heated, drained and cleaned after your stay). The roof terrace is an oasis for sunny days or relaxed evenings under the stars, perfect for barbecuing or just relaxing. There is also a new pergola to provide shade.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and everything you need to cook everything from simple breakfasts to festive dinners. New air conditioning units (cooling/heating) in all rooms ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator, so it is best suited to guests who are comfortable with stairs.

Guests have access to a newly renovated communal pool area, ideal for a refreshing swim, and a cozy bar where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed environment. New A/C with cooling/heating in all rooms.
The jacuzzi is filled with new water, heated - emptied and cleaned after your stay (70 Euros are added for starting the jacuzzi).
NOTE: Second floor without elevator!
Free parking is available right outside on the street, which is perfect for those traveling by car. For daily shopping, there are small local shops around the corner, while larger grocery stores such as Mercadona (approx. 700 meters, 9 minutes walk) and Carrefour Market (approx. 900 meters, 12 minutes walk) are within easy reach. For the active holidaymaker, there are padel courts nearby, perfect for a fun match with friends or family.

The apartment is located on Calle Vélez-Målaga, a charming street above Burriana Beach surrounded by whitewashed houses, blooming bougainvillea and a genuine Spanish atmosphere. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxation, but only 400 meters (about 10 minutes walk) from the vibrant Burriana Beach, Nerja's most lively beach. Here you will find a fantastic selection of chiringuitos serving freshly caught fish and creamy paella, trendy bars, ice cream parlors, small boutiques and restaurants open from early morning until late at night. Burriana is ideal for everything from sunbathing and water sports to evening strolls along the lively promenade.
Calle VĂ©lez-MĂĄlaga is also ideally located for exploring Nerjaâs centre on foot. A short walk up and down the streets will take you to the heart of the town, where you can wander through narrow streets, visit local markets selling fresh produce or enjoy a coffee in a sunny square. The area balances tranquility and proximity to entertainment, with a mix of locals and holidaymakers creating a welcoming atmosphere.
