This stunning villa is surrounded by extensive gardens providing total privacy and seclusion for up to 7 guests in fully-airconditioned accommodation that is distributed over 2 floors. The owner (who runs a well-known art gallery) has furnished it with taste and style adding artworks from famous contemporary artists to the interiors and exteriors. On the ground floor is an open plan living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area that has wide patio doors opening to the poolside terrace providing the whole area with an abundance of natural light. There are comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), a contemporary wood burner, a dining table, and a kitchen that is fully equipped. A spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom is also on this floor with patio doors to the pool/garden. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor with 2 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a family bathroom, a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge also features an extra single bed for a 7th guest (if required). Outside, this stone-built villa continues to impress with extensive manicured gardens scattered with artworks from local artists, and an inviting private pool equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. A shaded furnished terrace runs all around the villa and includes a large outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, this is an ideal spot for al-fresco dining and spending time relaxing whilst enjoying the true Mallorcan atmosphere and countryside. Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
