Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Sebastian is very helpful and everything worked very well. The house is lovely and certainly lives up to the pictures in the ad. Pool and garden also very nice and well kept. We would be happy to return!

A lovely week in Pollenca

We have just spent a week in this villa in north east Mallorca and had a perfectly relaxing time.The villa and owner were great, and the location ideal for a some peace and some cycling.We would certainly consider returning in the future should be decide to revisit the area.

Cozy Stone house with views, garden and pool.

Very comfortable house for staying with family or friends. The pool area is really nice with a separate area for BBQ and grill. The host is very friendly and attentive to client wishes. Seamless and accurate process to check in and out.Excellent location. Quiet and close to Pollença and Puerto Pollença.Very cle as n property and well maintained

Lovey villa close to town

The villa is very well equipped and clean and has a lovely garden with lots of different tables and chairs for choose from on the various patios. Sebastian was very helpful with the check in process. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place

We loved staying in Villa Cuxaquet. The villa was immaculate and I would highly recommend it. Sebastian was always really helpful. The pool area was great and the kids were in it from 7am in the morning! Pollensa is also a lovely area. We had a wonderful week there.

Beautiful finca with fruit trees

Sebastián was a wonderful host. We were warmly welcomed with wine and fruit. His home is beautiful and perfectly equipped for a family stay. The property is very large and we loved getting to see the different fruit trees he had.

Villa Cuxaquet

Sebastian was a great host, ensuring we had everything we needed.The villa is very comfortable and well equipped, with beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Fantastic house with a great garden and large pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. It’s simply a very high standard both inside and outside. Large and well equipped kitchen and lovely sitting areas outside with BBQ. Large pool and lovely garden. Sebastian was a very kind host. You need a car for the beach and sightseeing in the area. Highly recommended!! Would love to come back.

Staying at Sebastian’s

Sebastian is the consummate host. The property was excellent and exactly met our requirements as a family of six adults. It is very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The mid week change of towels was much appreciated and the garden is beautiful. Any queries were swiftly resolved by Sebastian, both before and after our arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend Sebastian and his property. We also appreciated the property’s close proximity to the Island’s cycling routes.

Stunning piece of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect and suited us brilliantly as a family of 5. The kitchen was lovely and spacious and for someone who adores cooking, this was a huge bonus! We had a lovely btl of pink waiting for us on arrival along with a bowl of fresh fruit. Talking of fruit, the mature garden has an abundance of fruit trees. The kids enjoyed eatting the apples and pears and I loved using the lemons in my cooking. We cannot wait to come back to this little gem of a property in one of our favourite areas in Mallorca, with the loveliest host. Thank you so much x

Majorcan idyll

This is a very pleasant and typically Majorcan style property arranged on one floor. 3 good bedrooms, a large covered patio/eating area and a very delightful pool. There is an annexe which I believe could provide a 4th bedroom. Sebastian was a very responsive and pleasant host and a pleasure to deal with. One small but important observation is that the access to the property is a little tricky if, like us, you are driving a large van but is fine for all normal size vehicles.

Beautiful Finca in a great location

The property was just as described and is a very traditional style Finca that has all modern amenities you would require. The Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery. There is nothing else you would need to prepare a meal. BBQ area and pool are both lovely and well maintained. Sebastian the owner was on hand if you needed anything and popped by with clean towels etc. Very helpful and friendly owner. Location is great, nice quiet area but just a 15min walk into the town centre where shops, restaurants are plentiful. Supermarket is also 2 mins away so easy to stock up an everything you need.

Perfect Family Villa

Fantastic villa in a really good location, walking distance into pollenca town. The outdoor areas were amazing with plenty of different seating areas. Pool was prefect size and kids absolutely loved it. BBQ was excellent and meant we stayed in most nights and got food from the local market and shops. Bedrooms were all air conditioned, with comfy beds. Lounge was also really comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Gardens were kept really nicely and meant we could pick fresh fruit off the trees. Plenty of lemons for the G&Ts!! Sebastian was a fantastic host and gave us some good ideas on restaurants and beaches. Would def visit again.

Super villa

Just returned from a very enjoyable stay in the villa.The villa is very well maintained by the owner Sebastian and was extremely clean and well equipped. Any issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently by Sebastian. Wifi and air conditioning all worked well. Clean towels midway through each week were welcome as were more clean towels and a clean of the villa and change of bedding after one week of a 2 week stay. It was an easy flat walk into Pollensa which took about 20 mins. Good for going out in the evenings as no one had to drive. The access to the villa was down a narrow bumpy unmade track of about 50 meters and there were some noisy dogs at times in surrounding properties which is the only reason why location and neighbourhood scored 4* instead of 5* but this didn’t spoil the holiday.

Family holiday

This is a traditional, comfortable villa with a lovely pool and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and each of the bedrooms and the living room has a separate air-conditioning unit. Sebastian is a kind and welcoming host who has provided the things you need to have a relaxing break and who always responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you, Sebastian! The only word of caution we would give to people planning to stay here (which isn’t a criticism of the villa or of Sebastian) is that all of us were badly bitten every day by mosquitoes, during the daytime and in the evening, despite using repellent sprays we bought in the UK and at a pharmacy in Pollensa, covering up in the evening and lighting the coils and candles provided by Sebastian for the outdoor terrace. We’ve never had this before on previous holidays to Majorca, so it might just be a one-off due to the wet weather earlier this year, but it’s probably worth coming prepared for this being a possibility again.

Very nice house in a great location

Beautiful house with a lovely garden, swimming pool and bbq area. Everything was spotless and the kitchen very well equipped (actually, better than our own kitchen at home ;-) The air-conditioning in every room was really appreciable. kids loved the table football and table tennis. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, but at a walking distance from the center of Pollença, and really close to the beach by car. 2 grocery stores really close make it easy to do food shopping, and there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. It's also close to the main roads/highways of the Island, which make it really easy to go everywhere (to Palma, to the airport, to ports/beaches etc) Would definitely recommend this villa and this region to anyone going to Mallorca. Thank you Sebastian for a lovely stay.

Locatie ligt heerlijk op loopafstand van centrum Pollensa en op de fiets ben je in een half uurtje in Porte Pollensa of het mooie Cala Sa Vincensa. Leuk huis met super buiten terras en extra barbecueplek. Beide aan het zwembadje. Goede keuken, die van alle behoeften is voorzien. We zijn tevreden

Wunderschöne spanische Villa

Das Haus mit seinem spanischen Ambiente ist sehr großzügig und lässt nichts vermissen. Es ist exzellent gepflegt und sauber, mit einem großen, schönen Garten. Sehr gemütlich ist auch die große Terrasse. Sebastian, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine ganz besonders schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und wollen sehr gerne wieder kommen. Besondere Empfehlung!!

Excellent villa

We had a wonderful week at the villa. It is well equipped with everything you need. Good location, it takes about 20 mins to walk in to the centre of the village, but it is an easy flat walk. Lovely pool and garden with views of hills behind. Sebastian was very helpful. Highly recommend.
