Villa Josefina is an elegant villa with a private pool that nestles high up in the traditional old town of Pollensa, just steps away from the exclusive Calvario area and offers breath-taking views over the town below. This unique property has been finished to a high standard and accommodates 6 guests. From the entrance gate, steps lead down to a courtyard with a charming seating area and garden (including a separate utility room with laundry and toilet). The front door leads into the dining room with beautifully decorated walls and large French windows opening out onto the terrace. From this room, an archway separates the light and airy lounge (A/C) with large windows offering lovely views over the town below. The fully fitted, separate kitchen has a door out to a covered terrace (pergola) with access via steps to the barbecue and swimming pool. Just off the main hallway, there are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin that share a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is further down the external stone steps, a twin bedroom that has a full shower room, there is also a second lounge on this level and both rooms enjoy direct access to the covered terrace furnished with comfortable patio furniture. The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by stone-paved terraces, equipped with sunbeds, shades, a barbecue and a table for al-fresco dining, a perfect spot for admiring the amazing views. Villa Josefina is within walking distance of the delightful old town of Pollensa and only a 10-minute drive to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa, it is considered to be one of the best-located properties in Mallorca and surely not one to be missed!

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
