All around great experience

First of all communicate was top notch, location couldn’t have been better, very clean kitchen hard everything we needed including snacks and drinks. I do have two somewhat negative comments…strange and unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the kitchen sink and the combination washer/dryer very difficult to use or it just doesn’t work well. Overall fantastic experience!!!

Great location and beautiful apartment

Laurent is an excellent host and worked with us as our travel arrangements kept changing. The apartment is spacious, clean and well stocked. The location cannot get any better. Our family of four had an incredible time in Paris and Laurent’s apartment was a highlight

Wonderful Property Amazing Location

Laurent was a thoughtful and gracious host. Accommodations were exceptionally clean, and he took the time to show us how to use all of the amenities. I highly recommend the property!

Wonderful stay!

Laurent’s apartment was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. There was so much room to spread out and great areas for gathering. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. With it being so hot in Paris the air conditioning throughout the apartment was wonderful! Laurent was very helpful and available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location was incredible - steps from the beautiful Arc De Triomphe, fantastic shopping, delicious restaurants, and the subway lines. While we were on the go quite a bit during our stay, we really enjoyed coming back to hang out and watch a giant show on the projection screen or have dinner around the table.Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with plenty of instant-hot water!), with the large living and dining room in between them, was so nice and gave everyone a lot of room to spread out and relax. We brought our kids (5 and 15), but I couldn't help but think what a great property this would be for two couples as well who want more privacy. We were all pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped this property was - far more than most properties we've stayed at around the globe. Everything we wished we had (iron, drying rack, hair dryer, extra linens, robes, slippers, toothpaste, etc.) was already there. The elevator was a nice bonus nice for luggage, heavy shopping bags, and tired kiddos. We won't forget this property, or the amazing week we spent in Paris. I would re-book in a heartbeat.

Perfection in the heart of Paris!

My family had the most incredible visit in Laurent’s magnificent home. The location could not be better, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and L’Etoile metro stop and walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, parks and sites. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and light filled with beautiful huge windows and lovely furnishings throughout. There are many amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable. It was extremely easy to interact with Laurent. He was very accommodating and goes out of his way to make sure the visit is exceptional. We cannot wait to return!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Paris

We just finished a ten night stay in Laurent's beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartment that is steps away from the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, and a metro station. There are more shops and restaurant than you can count within minutes from the apartment. Laurent has provided everything you will possibly need in his fully stocked kitchen in case you want to make meals at home. There are multiple televisions and a huge screen in the living room. There is an elevator to the the third floor apartment, so no climbing stairs! Plus, Laurent is a super host who provided us with timely restaurant recommendations and was always available to answer any questions. This apartment is five star all the way!
