Villa Collarina B is an elegant and welcoming two-story ancient tuscan country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Collarina B you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills. Villa Collarina B is 480 square meters (5170 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Montelupo Fiorentino, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles). You will reach Villa Collarina B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Collarina B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Collarina B is along a 700-meter (2297-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going up approximately 7 stairway steps. The pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 8.5 meters (28 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by awnings. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa, a rocking chair, a masonry bench and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room has a window, as well as a small window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen also has two small arched windows, as well as a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The first bathroom is decorated with grey mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to enter the third living room from the second living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second living room.
