Incredible finca in Puerto de Pollença to enjoy with family or friends your well-deserved holidays on the island.



The outside area of the finca is very spacious, well-kept and hidden by the large vegetation of the garden, which offers many shady areas. In addition, there is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, a covered terrace with dining area and a separate glazed dining room with barbecue and place for everyone to eat or sit down for a drink. In the garden you can relax or sunbathe on a sun lounger, take a dip, read a good book, prepare delicious barbecues or play a game of table tennis.



The house has a very large living room with access to the garden, air conditioning, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. There is another bathroom with a shower between the other two bedrooms. In the living room you can relax on the sofa and enjoy satellite TV in different languages.



The finca is located in a rural area, but less than 1 km away is the Bay of Pollença, where you can enjoy the great promenade, the beach and practice water sports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing. You cannot miss Pollença, which is 4 Km away by car, and enjoy the historic centre, climb the Calvari staircase or stroll through the cobbled streets. If you like nature, 5 km away you will find l'Albufera, a nature reserve where you can enjoy its flora and fauna.

A wonderful break in a perfect villa. My family and I loved it. Amazing pool and grounds. When we advised on arrival that a remote control for the aircon couldn’t be found, a replacement was provided and set up within a couple of hours. Villa comes stocked with essentials we usually have to buy ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Sincerely recommended.

Slice of heaven

Lovely way to end our Spain trip. The check in process was seamless and the property is incredible. It’s a slice of quiet and peacefulness, but still close enough to town to shop, get groceries and go to restaurants. It’s definitely rustic, but everything is great. The water and beer upon arrival were appreciated after a long travel day. Communication with the host was smooth. Would stay again!!

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa, very traditional and rustic. Plenty of space, more than we expected. The pool was amazing and it’s huge. Plenty of space in the garden and surrounding the pool, more than you would at most hotels. The inside space was very nice and good to sit in different rooms. We would definitely recommend and would visit again. Pepe is very good and helpful. We didn’t need much but knowing he was nearby was great too.

A lovely and relaxing family vacation in Mallorca 🥰

Lots of spacious accommodation and a very nice garden surrounding the pool. The owner Pepe lives next door and is very attentive and cleans the pool every day and takes away the rubbish. The pool is a decent size but deep in places (2.85m). There are five cats living around the villa. My wife likes cats but my son is allergic to them and I'm not a big fan, so it would be helpful to mention that in advance. Also, there was a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen electric sockets on a daily basis.

One other brilliant thing to note is the owner stocks many items for you that nowhere else I’ve rented does. There’s loads of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt pepper herbs and oils. They also come and empty the bins each day which also hasn’t happened anywhere else. Because of the friendliness of the owners approach I honestly think this is the best villa I’ve ever hired in Mallorca and we’ve been doing so since 2008 now.

Jolie maison

Gérant très réactif et attentif du début à la fin du séjour. Environnement calme et à proximité de tout. Le parc de la maison est magnifique mais l'intérieur de la maison est à rafraîchir, les odeurs d'humidité sont parfois très incommodantes.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Durch noch kühle Temperaturen hatten wir es etwas feucht im Haus, was aber mit Klimaanlage gut zu regulieren war. Ein Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und für Katzenfreunde sehr zu empfehlen.

Ausswnbereich war sehr gut. Pool besonders. Pool wurde jeden Tag gewartet. Katzen und Huehner im Garten haben uns nicht gestoert. Kueche,Wintergarten und insbesondere 1 Badezimmer etwas renovierungsbeduerftig. Insgesamt eine schoene Anlage wenn auch etwas abgelebt. Die vielen Stechmuecken warwn wohl der Jahreszeit und dem Wetter geschuldet.
