Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The entrance hall leads first to a separate toilet area, then to the living room. This area is typical parisian with high ceiling, beams, parquet floor. Furnishes and decoration were selected for comfort as for the sofa for 3 people, the armchair, the marble cofee table and the desk area.

After one step, you will discover the area with kitchen and the dining area for 4 people maximum.
This whole room is atypical with its high ceiling of more than 3 meters, the huge glass roof and the 2 windows giving to the street.

From this area, 2 doors for the 2 double bedrooms all facing the courtyard.
They have their own bathroom, one with its toilet, the other without toilet, the one of the entrance serving as a second toilet.
The 2 showers have a roof opening, which means that you can take a shower while seeing the sky of Paris, incredible but true.

We offer:

a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

Beautiful, very clean apartment and wonderful neighborhood.

Beautiful and very clean apartment, well stocked with newer appliances. Charming courtyard as you enter and only one floor up. Comfortable beds with lovely linens. From reservation to check in to check out, agency was very easy to deal with.

Charming Stay in Marais

Love the Marais

An absolutely lovely, comfortable apartment. It is so perfectly located in the Marais next to restaurants and shops. I especially liked having a Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning with fresh baguettes and croissants.I will definitely be back, with or without my brother. It made the trip fantastic and so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Start to finish. Outstanding spacious property in the best location! Close to metro, restaurants, shops etc. We were lucky it was available. Management was on it! Always avail if needed. Will definitely return, if it’s not already booked.

Generous apartment, fun neighborhood

We enjoyed this lively neighborhood in the Marias (4th arr.). Unit is large for a Paris apt. and courtyard reduces street noise. Some issues with the agent wanting to use French leasing documentation, but these were resolved. We would stay again.

Nice apartment in nice neighborhood

The apartment was just as described in the listing. It was nicely renovated with up- to-date features. It is on a busy street but the courtyard limits noise. Our group of four very much liked the central location in the Marais. It is an easy walk to many interesting places and the metro. There is a spiral staircase to climb to get to the first floor apt and if mobility is an issue, that could be a concern. We recommend this nice apartment and would stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment is all that and more! The location is excellent- easy walkability to markets, boulangeries, patisseries, restaurants, shopping and the sights. Therpe is evpee a great craft cocktail bar (La Resistance) across the street from the apartment. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you need, the washer/dryer work well (not always the case in Eurothe pde résistance - well written instructions for using all the appliances! Also, a shout-out to Glamaparis (and Nicolas) who were excellent to work with from beginning to end. We wouldn’t hesis

WOW! A secret gem in the heart of the Marais

We checked out today and keep looking back at the incredible property we lined up during our rent visit to Paris! Located in the heart of it all, but removed from the street noise that takes over the Marais. We knew it was special the moment the large wood door gate slowly opened revealing a beautiful courtyard planted by a sweet couple who live in the complex. The rental unit is located one floor up with bedroom windows that open to the private courtyard or off the kitchen to a quiet side street in the Marais. We spent most of our time sharing/catching up in the long kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer critical for any stay. The bedrooms were roomy although the larger bedroom with king bed does not have a private toilet. So we made the toilet next to the front door ours. A minor inconvenience given how incredible appointed and located the property is. Cyrielle of Glamaparis welcomed us with a huge smile and helped get us oriented with the property and directions. She mentioned this was a special unit because who the owner is and she was definitely correct since it offered so much comfort that we’d gladly stay here again and again. Cheers to those who book this special gem since we come from Washington DC — home is just 7 blocks from the White House — and this property far exceeded all of our expectations.
