Villa Elisa, villa with private pool & air Co near Reschio Castle

Villa Elisa is completely fenced and the property is accessed by a tree-lined avenue that will lead you to the outdoor garden from which you can enjoy a unique view over the Val Tiberina. Set in the middle of a chestnut wood and with a small olive grove behind it, our villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in the 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one with a bunk bed, that are served by 2 bathrooms.
Outside the large 6x12 meters long swimming pool, will provide guests with the right refreshment on summer days even if the area, more than 300 meters above sea level, is rather chilly and fresh due to the presence of many trees. By the pool guests can relax on deck chairs to enjoy sunbathing or a nice relaxing break. Guests coming over by car can easily park outside in our private parking area.
The villa, entirely made of stone, has a large flat green garden where guests can stroll or indulge in your favorite activities such as outdoor sports, yoga classes, reading and much more. In addition to a covered patio furnished with tables and chairs, there is also a barbecue area with a wood oven.
The choice of exposed beams for the ceilings, terracotta bricks for the floors and wood practically everywhere, makes the indoors stand out and the house has very large and welcoming rooms.
The living room with fireplace and sofas is also featured by a mezzanine floor with an iron staircase leading to the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob with 5 burners, oven, hood, sink and fridge with freezer.
The 4 bedrooms will welcome our guests in a very warm environment with iron, masonry or canopy beds and wooden chests. One of the bedrooms also overlooks a small terrace from which guests can enjoy a unique view of the landscape and the garden of the house.
Villa Elisa is located on the border with Tuscany, 20 minutes by car from Cortona and about thirty from Lake Trasimeno. It is the ideal starting point for planning excursions to some cities of art such as Perugia and Arezzo. The villa has air Conditioner.
