La villa a été aménagée selon des normes d’excellence. Elle s’étend sur deux étages : au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent un hall d’entrée très spacieux, deux chambres à lits jumeaux, une salle de bains en marbre avec douche, une cuisine équipée de tous les appareils électroménagers courants ainsi que d’un lave-vaisselle, une buanderie avec lave-linge, un spacieux salon comprenant deux canapés en cuir, un magnifique coin repas extérieur (Brai) pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, orienté plein sud pour des repas en plein air, ainsi que sa propre piscine de luxe en forme de rein, entourée de dalles en terre cuite et nichée dans un jardin clos très intime et isolé, avec un barbecue en pierre. À l'étage se trouve la suite parentale avec son propre dressing, une salle de bains en marbre attenante dotée d'une douche séparée et une grande terrasse ensoleillée privée.

Cette villa est située à moins de 50 mètres d'un littoral rocheux, et les commerces et restaurants locaux ne sont qu'à 3 minutes à pied. La Villa del dos Hijos est idéale pour les familles qui souhaitent profiter du meilleur des deux mondes : elle bénéficie d'une tranquillité que l'on ne retrouve pas dans les zones touristiques, tout en étant à seulement 3 km du centre de Playa Blanca. Great communication, pool not the largest but suited us the bonus being it was heated. Plenty of outside seating. Beds extremely comfortable I would say the best we’ve had in a villa. The upstairs balcony also had good seating. If we return to Lanzorote this would be our go to Villa. We love this area

Second stay at the villa. Host has added air con in the bedrooms, new fridge, lighting much better, outside seating is new and a gate has been added to improve security. Overall villa is perfect for our needs. In the faro park area of playa blanca over by the lighthouse area away from the main area. Five minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. Two minutes walk to a nice seafront promenade. 3 bedrooms, 1 upstairs with an en-suite and a lovely private balcony with two bedrooms downstairs each with two single beds with a family bathroom close by. Parking just by the villa so not far to carry bags or shopping.

Another great stay in Martin’s villa. Very clean and well equipped with comfy beds. The pool was cleaned twice during our nine day stay and was warm and clear. Dory the villa manager always on hand to help if needed. Great comms from Martin and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks Martin.

Really nice location, out of town but close to a few shops and restaurants. Very close to the sea and a nice coastal walk. Pool was lovely and warm.

Lovely villa with private pool. Absolutely perfect for us. We love doing our own thing and we needed total R and R which this fabulous home allowed us to do. Highly recommend and hope to be back again.

Nice spacious villa and outside area, handy location with coastal walk, Faro Park shops, good choice of restaurants and bus stop for Playa Blanca bus30. Pool heating issue on arrival was resolved promptly with immediate responses by host and maintenance team. Taxis seem in short supply in PB at moment and buses bit hit and miss so would recommend car.

Had a lovely stay in this villa, beautifully thought out and perfect location for accessing the sea walks/shops/buses but with enough space to enjoy privacy. Lovely outside space, lovely pool and the villa is well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely decor too. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I’m pretty sure we will be rebooking! Many thanks to our hosts.

What an Amazing place !!

We are a family who always do villa holidays and have stayed in many over the years! This is by far one of the best! Great location, Great villa, great facilities. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is just lovely! We hired a car and it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to! Easy to find and the weather was perfect! We are now considering purchasing in the area! Thanks for a great stay! Have no doubt we’ll be staying here again

Nice Villa. Great location

Villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean and everything you needed. We would have preferred a double bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms, but knew this before booking. Villa would also benefit from a security alarm. Beautiful location for sunsets and costal walks. Nice restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away.

First time at this villa - will return!

Have stayed a number of times in other villas in Faro Park and this one is amazing. Very clean and tidy, with a large pool area (which felt very private) - and a large sun terrace off the main bedroom upstairs with amazing views out to sea, and also across to Fuerteventura. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and a comprehensive TV and Sports package. The outside eating areas and proper brick-built BBQ allowed us to have a meal with friends, with a local chef cooking the food for us on the BBQ too! Comms with Martin, the host, were great - with local villa managers on hand to help with anything needed. Thanks for a great stay, and would love to stay again!

Exceptional property

We stayed recently for a week and had an amazing time. The property is as described, clean, well appointed and very spacious. 2 minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket, 30 seconds walk to the cliffs overlooking the sea and just an 8 minutes drive to Playa Blanca and beautiful beaches. Check in was smooth and easy. We would definitely return, the pool was heated and clean, and the owner was friendly and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended

The villa itself is lovely but the exterior, some of the interior furniture has seen better day's and the housekeeping wasn't to a very high standard. The kitchen window couldn't be opened and the french doors would only open on one side. Check-in was very easy, would stay again but general maintenance of the property could be much better.

The villa was clean and generally comfortable with a small but very warm pool and a lovely master bedroom with a nice balcony. The main issue we had was that the only dining area was outside the main building, which was not warm enough to use early mornings or evenings. There were no other tables to use other than low coffee ones, nowhere to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. We ended up buying a plastic one, which we used indoors and outside. The kitchen equipment also needs an overhaul. We had to buy some glasses, there were only 5 knives, crockery was chipped and lids didn't fit saucepans. We informed the owner that some light bulbs needed replacing, six altogether, but nothing was done.Despite these niggles and the extra expense, we did enjoy our stay, but probably will look elsewhere in future.

lovely villa in an area we know well. perfectly situated for walks along the coastal path and local shops & restaurants. the villa was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and lounge sofas. outside furniture and sun loungers are getting old and tired and in need of replacing. our main concern was the mis advertising of 'air conditioning' this property does not have air conditioning. when i contacted the property manager regarding this the explanation was that there were some movable fans that you can move from room to room as required. i am sorry but 3 very dirty and noisy fans that just blow hot air around is NOT air con. we specifically searched for villas with air con at the time of booking and felt very cheated about this issue.

Lovely villa

This is the 6th time we have stayed in Playa Blanca. We love this residential area as it is quiet but still close to the main part of the town. Large villa with plenty of room inside and out. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) so our daughters had their own bedrooms. Furniture all very comfortable. Fans to use rather than AC. Kitchen well stocked. The pool was cleaned probably 3/4 times during our 2 week stay. Towels and bedding changed mid stay. The villa is a 5 minute walk to a parade of shops and restaurants in this residential area and a short drive into the main resort area. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Overall was happy with the villa, been to faro park area a few times now so knew where it was, Pro’sLocation is excellent being a five minute walk from bars, shops and restaurants.Pool is lovely, heated and a good patio area with goodSun beds and sun terrace is excellent.Check in and check in instructions all good. Beds are excellent, really comfortable Pool towels provided, nice to have as we didn’t realise they were provided.The terrace off the main bedroom was nice and secluded with two sun loungers with a patio set.The villa is close to the coastal path and is great for getting the steps in each day.Con’sThe villa does not have air conditioning as advertised.The fact the wall is low and there is no gate gave us some concerns over security. Light bulbs seem to be in short supply, in some rooms there are no bulbs at all in the wall lights. Maid service, I hope the fee is tiny as the maid arrived on Friday as advised and changed bedding in one room only (as there were only two of us staying) and dropped some towels off. At other villas we have stayed at floors were cleaned, toilets cleaned and other things were done. She was in and out in five minutes. Overall we had a good stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you Martin for letting us stay in your property.

Don’t rent this villa

It all started not being able to get in with the wrong code then we find out no Aircon as you advertised with Aircon no table outside with any chairs and what seating we did have was totally unsuitable pillows didn’t fit covers didn’t fit absolutely filthy then there’s the television that was supposed to have plenty of British channels didn’t have any we couldn’t get one English Channel. The radio that was there didn’t even have an electrical lead for it. Myself and my wife have never had a villa that was that tired, dirty falling apart in our lives and we have had a lot of villas. I expect compensation for this stay as it was nothing like hot was advertised. The fridge had no shelves in the door. The barbecue needed to be cleaned. Even the cockroaches wouldn’t use it. No back gate the list is endless. I do expect you to get back in touch with me to discuss compensation for this stay that was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere.
