Welcome to this spectacular 19th century finca recently renovated and located among the fields of Sant Joan. It has a private pool and capacity for 10 people.
After a day of excursions around the island, you can cool off in the fantastic saltwater pool that measures 10 x 3 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. You can sunbathe on the surrounding sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue or a drink at sunset on the different terraces around the house. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The 2-storey house preserves the traditional character of yesteryear and has been decorated with exquisite taste and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the living room equipped with AC and TV-sat, the beautiful dining room, the separate kitchen with gas cooktop, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with twin beds. On the first floor you have the other 4 bedrooms, all with AC. They are equipped with twin beds each except one that has a trundle bed, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months, as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in a bucolic setting in the middle of the fields on the outskirts of Sant Joan. The town offers the basic services for an independent stay. Its central location allows quick access to the various corners of the island. The closest beach is Playa de Muro about 24 km away, a golden sandy beach of ​​several km of turquoise waters.

Beatiful and clean Villa to stay. Customer service was 11/10. Pictures showed a little bigger outdoors but it didn’t bother much. It was easy to drive there and the location was good. Thank you very much for the stay.

Exceptional property, beautifully renovated, all facilities were there, service was amazing - after noticing some defaults someone was onsite within hours It was missing some children area like sandbox, in the kitchen additional bowls, oven mitts, oven dish, knives (sharp) would be a plus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Alles war super - besonders die Betten! Keiner von uns (10 Erwachsene) hat bisher so gut in einer Finca geschlafen :-) Kleiner Nachteil ist die Ausstattung der KĂŒche - wir mussten beim ersten Einkauf eine große Pfanne kaufen, um fĂŒr 10 Personen kochen zu können. WLAN gibt es nur im Untergeschoss und direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer- kann entschlacken aber auch manchmal etwas nerven, da der Empfang in der Gegend generell eher schlecht bis gar nicht da ist. Ansonsten eine tolle Finca mit wunderschönem Weitblick und ohne direkte Nachbarn! :-)

Group size & age, situation background: 2 adults (49 male,39 female, Dutch, Montenegrin), 2 teenagers (boys17 and 15 (handicapped) , 2 small dogs (Pomeranians). Youngest teenager is mentally and physically handicapped/wheelchair bound. First time in Mallorca. Accommodation: The project is new and a very well restored barn with good finishing. A very commendable job has been done to it using good materials. All airconditioning up to capacity even when superhot outside. Pool is great! BBQ a welcome addition for outdoor fans as well (like us). Beds are fine but a bit soft for larger people (1.95m, 110kg) :-) Location/Surroundings: The location of the house is superb IF you are looking for a secluded house for total privacy and relaxation/zen (which we were, so spot on for us) , this is a great place surrounded by nature. Closely there are various small sleepy towns like Petra, Sineu and Sant Joan for some daily groceries and food (like pizza etc.) and in a bit wider circle you can reach larger grocery stores in Manacor for instance (Lidl, Aldi). Recommendations: We have some recommendations based on our experience. We had a 7 seat car, Peugeot Rifter gt. The cornering of the car is a bit tough (although the car is large of course) to get into the main gate. We think adding a wheelchair ramp would be useful to allow all people to access the pool area. We carried our son across the stairs this time (we understand this is particular to our situation) Some more kitchen ware for storage as there are a lot of ants so storage of things is key (and also advise people to do it) :-) Trash, this was the major minus. We are used to regular trash pickup. A family of 4 produces quite some trash, if you fit 8+ people in the house, it is very off putting to carry your own trash to the collection point. If we did not have a large car, we could not carry the stuff. The smell of trash in the back of your rental car is a bad experience on such a perfect house and surrounding. We recommend to offer the pickup in the service !! Price/Value: Overall we found the price/value a bit high compared to our regular bookings in the world , in our view the price point should have been around 8K for this am out of nights OR if you keep the price, we feel additional services like trash pickup and cleaning+changing beds should be included 2x/week in addition to the pool/gardening.
