The original terracotta floors and large ceiling beams were preserved during the most recent restoration, which completely modernized the building. The house, which spans two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, has been tastefully furnished with an eye for comfort in a 1950s–1960s style, featuring original design pieces from that era.

On the first floor, there is a large dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a fireplace, as well as a huge floor-to-ceiling window that opens completely onto the garden, which in the summer becomes one with the house.
The outdoor area in front of the dining room is furnished with an elegant table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The first floor also features a large living room with a TV and a bathroom with a shower.
An elegant iron staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there are two double bedrooms, a small single bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The beautiful, completely private and fenced-in garden, along with the pool—nestled in the natural surroundings of the entire property—are the ideal places to relax and enjoy your vacation in peace and beauty.

The pool area, surrounded by the magic of a tall bamboo grove that evokes an exotic atmosphere, is reached via a pleasant walk through the garden and features a spacious wooden deck equipped with a large umbrella, lounge chairs, and deck chairs for sunbathers, as well as plenty of shaded areas.

The property is rounded out by a delightful conversation area situated in the shade of a centuries-old tree, surrounded by hydrangeas and ornamental sage.
