Eastview is a splendid detached stone-front cottage resting in Matlock, Derbyshire. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a single with trundle, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, dining room with woodburning stove and sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is off road parking in the garagefor one SMALL car and on road parking around the corner and an private front garden with lawn, as well as an enclosed side courtyard with seating. Eastview is a charming and homely dwelling for your next adventure to the Peak District.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, Amazon fire stick with subscriptions to Netflix, Disney, and Prime Video. Power inc. in rent.
