I had a lovely experience staying at this apartment. Robert and Yurie were fantastic hosts. Yurie was kind enough to recommend places to eat and shop around the neighborhood, which made settling in easy.The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Essentials are provided upon check in, including basic food items like milk, eggs, and butter.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to London and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Month in Chelsea

Very pleased with the month we stayed at this property. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location with easy access to bus and restaurants. Property manager (Robert, Yuri and Grace) were exceptional.

We loved our stay in Robert Mortimer’s property. It was in a lovely part of Chelsea. Robert was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We will be back.

The flat suited our needs perfectly. Everything worked, the kitchen was well appointed, transportation and groceries, as well as some nice cafés, were nearby, we'll be back!

In summary I had a pleasant stay. Transport was close as was restaurants and supermarkets. Bedroom was comfortable and all facilities were good but the lounge needs to be replaced. Considering the property was pricey I felt there were certain things lacking i.e hand washing liquid. Shampoos that were left overs not enough toilet paper and other items, however starter goods of eggs milk and bread was appreciated. But I definitely was not happy about the major renovations taking place and if I hand known this would not have stayed there.

A good choice for 2 people in london

The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything that’s needed and more. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and to check out a bit later than specified. The area is quiet a pleasant, and at the same time we had a lot of nice restaurants, cafe and shops a very short distance away. The only down was tge distance from the tube, Bug there are quite a number of busses near by. We’ll definitely recommend the apartment and come back ourselves.

Classic Traditional Chelsea flat

I very much enjoyed my stay in this lovely ground floor flat with its very traditional classic furnishings; the only type of place I stay in. It was nicely appointed in every way, and an ideal place to be based to see every part of this wonderful City. I absolutely loved staying in picture-perfect Chelsea. Every type of store, shop or restaurant, that you may possibly need, is nearby, on either Fulham, or Old Brompton Way. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, and yet you are right around the corner to some very charming neighborhood restaurants and pub. As a host, Robert was wonderful; and provided a very nice hospitality pack, as well as, being so gracious to assist me with several additional needs. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Flat in Great Neighborhood

Great apartment in perfect Chelsea neighborhood - apartment has traditional decor accurately shown in listing. Full kitchen and bathroom recently renovated. Very comfortable bed in nicely decorated bedroom. Lots of light thru large windows. Very accessible on ground floor. Two blocks from buses with easy transport to tube stops. One block from Hollywood street which has a number of fine restaurants and the popular Hollywood Arms Pub. Convenient shopping on Fulham. In short this was an ideal choice for us in a quiet tree lined neighborhood.

Gem in Chelsea/Kensington

We spent 9 nights in this beautifully appointed flat. We were greeted in person and given assistance with the appliances, access, and nearby transportation and stores. Robert and Grace made sure we had a well-stocked kitchen even taking the time to have plenty of breakfast food and beverages. The unit is on a quiet street with close access to busses and an easy walk to a train station. We like exploring new cities on our own rather than going in tour groups, so the location was perfect for us. After a long day of sight-seeing, we usually ate dinner in one of the many good restaurants on Hollywood or Fulham Rd. Many thanks to our hosts who were so kind and helpful.

London for a week

If this is your first time abroad, or if you’ve been here before and coming back to visit for an extended stay, I’d highly recommend this flat for your seven day stay. It’s extremely comfortable, well accommodating, tranquil. It’s adjacent to my favorite residential neighborhood so it feels very safe to walk at night. Bars and restaurants around the corner and plenty of transit options. It’s a less than five minute walk to Fulham Road where then you can grab a 14 or other bus to South Ken station - or ride it all the way into Russell Square. We picked up groceries while out and prepared our breakfast and some dinners in their fully equipped kitchen. I will certainly look up the property for future visits. Robert and Grace are wonderful hosts.

Comfort on Cathcart

The apartment was just as described -- comfortable, well provisioned, nicely decorated, a real home. Best of all was the location, just a three minute walk to Fulham Road with great shops & restaurants, and three major & frequent bus lines. All three buses take you to an Underground station, so you can get anywhere with ease. Fulham Road has smaller grocery stores, but it is a bus ride to Kings Road (15 minutes) to a major grocer. And that depends on how much cooking you plan to do at home. Robert has provided what you need to settle in. And his son Yurie is a charming and helpful greeter and settler. All in all, a fine place to stay.

This property offered a very comfortable place to come back to after a long day of touring around. Comfy bed, very well equipped kitchen - it offered everything you need while away from home. Yuri met us after a long journey and told us about the house and what the area had to offer. It was a short walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. The tube station was 11 minutes walk so not too bad. We would highly recommend this home away from home.

Traditional apartment in central Chelsea location

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and found the accommodation very comfortable and within walking distance to the local shops, cafes and restaurants in Chelsea. Also an easy walk to either Earl's Court or Gloucester Road underground stations. The local streetscapes have beautifully detailed gardens and period terrace homes that are a pleasure to explore. For a long stay this apartment is more practical than a hotel.

Beautiful home

This beautiful apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The online description is accurate. At check-in the host had left fresh milk, bread, eggs and butter in the fridge. The kitchen is very well-stocked with all the necessities, but the apartment is located near a huge selection of restaurants and bakeries, so we never cooked. Quiet location that's an easy walk to 2 shopping areas (Fulham Road and Old Brompton Road) and 10 minute walk to 2 tube stations (Earls Court & Gloucester Road). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. My husband and I enjoyed this home for a week, and will definitely return.

Clearly somebody’s home

It was very nice to find a lived in place. They even added a few essentials to the fridge. The place is small and cozy, decorated with love and care.
