Découvrez l'essence de paradis dans notre unité étage. Jardins tropicaux luxuriants entourent deux piscines et un court de tennis. L'odeur des fleurs tropicales dérive sur le vent de plus de 50 variétés différentes de végétation.

Notre vue se étend du sud de Maui à l'cratère volcanique au large exotique de Molokai à la côte ouest de Maui. Dans la saison des baleines, il est très fréquent de voir des baleines de la véranda. Au coucher du soleil, profiter d'un moment privé et écouter les conques soufflées d'inaugurer dans la soirée.

L'intérieur est un décor tropical avec carrelage dans toutes les pièces. Septembre 2010 était quand nous avons fait un remodelage complet.

Dans la soirée, vous pouvez barbecue sur l'une des quatre grilles situées au bord des piscines et «histoire de conversation 'avec d'autres clients, puis revenir en arrière et profiter de votre repas du soir sur la véranda tout en appréciant un style de Maui coucher du soleil. Nous savons que si vous choisissez de partager notre «résidence secondaire», vous ferez l'expérience de vacances inégalées de votre vie.

Great stay

Loved the location of this condo. Perfect location with easy walkable access to restaurants and the beach. AC in living room does not quite make it to the master because of the way the hallway is. Kitchen was wellStocked with high end appliances and the cutest dishwasher I have ever seen.

Friends vacation

This condo was the perfect location for a friend and I to vacation in Maui for the week. A short walk to the beach, to several restaurants and shops, so close to the airport, and a central base on the island for activities. Spacious for two, including large bed, clean, parking, elevator, beach chairs. Had everything we needed!

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! Very quiet complex! Perfect location for shopping and site seeing ! Freds Mexican Cafe is perfect spot for sunset dinner or breakfast !

Beautiful homebase for adventures!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this condo. Both the condo itself and the hallways and grounds are extremely clean and tidy. The view from the sixth floor balcony is amazing and we enjoyed it from dawn until dusk. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in the living room was great to have in the evenings when the breezes died down. This was our favorite condo of any we have stayed at over the years in Maui.

Great location and view!!

This condo is in the heart of Kihei and in walking distance of great beaches and close to many places to eat. Condo is well appointed and great for enjoyment away from town. Perfect for a single travelers as well as couples.

Absolutely amazing vacation home the view was top notch better than advertised heavily considering canceling a booking we have in November of next year to booking this condo instead everything you need is at your disposal

This beautiful home had everything we needed and more. Close to amenities, beautiful pools, nice walk to the beaches. The view from the balcony was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Anniversary vacation

We've been staying at Lynn's condo since 2002, it's like coming home everytime. The top floor condo has awesome ocean views where you can watch whales and sunsets from the lania. The location is wonderful. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance.

Nice Condo In A Great Location With Amazing Oceanview

We recently returned from a 10 day trip to Kihei and we are very pleased that we chose this condo to stay in. Plenty of space for what we needed, a well stocked kitchen and the view from the balcony is amazing - we saw whales going by on a few occasions and beautiful sunsets! Its also nice to have a designated parking space. The communication with Lynette was great and instructions for the condo were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again, if its available, when we return to Maui.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved the top floor location, the amazing views. The unit is equipped with everything we needed even a coffee grinder. Really nice having an assigned parking spot & keyless entry. The complex itself is well maintained, the grounds beautiful. Comfortable beds. All pros can’t think of any cons.

Everything at Your Fingertips

The unit has everything you’d need to cook or snack! I found a 2quart pitcher for my water flavor packets as well as a nifty measuring cup. Be sure to open all cabinet doors to find hidden helpful treasures. Everything was perfect. It happened to be very warm, high 80s and 90s. For us the one window AC unit wasn’t enough to reach the bedroom. Lynette does supply two high powered fans as well as ceiling fans which helped.

Beautiful View, functional kitchen, comfy beds!

So I booked this after reading the other reviews online, and man were they right! Beautiful view from the windows, we loved having breakfast on the little deck and watching the water. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with basics and the owner was on sight and very accommodating to our arrivals and departures. It has an assigned parking spot which was excellent and very convenient. Close to yummy places to eat too ( we loved Da Kitchen's Kalua pork and the Lei Cafe!) not even a block away! It was a wonderful trip and we would absolutely stay there again! The only downsides were the air conditioning is only in the main room so the bed room can get pretty hot, but that was manageable and the sofa bed was very comfy so if we got too hot we just slept in the living room and it was fine. The other thing is that the bedroom has windows that close to the weather, but do nothing to block the sound in the halls so you could certainly hear people walking by and they could probably also hear whatever you were doing in the bedroom..... BUT overall wonderful place to stay in Beautiful Kehei! Aloha!

Incredible views, affordable price, great for a couple on vacatiom

Overall we loved the property in Maui! We got in late at night and the owner provided us with all the necessary details, including the check in code weeks prior to our arrival. The property was extremely clean and the description was spot on. The view from the lanai was stunning and waking up to the palm trees and ocean was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, which made it very easy to eat meals in it, when needed. The location was right down the street from the beach and great walking distance to local stores and restaurants. The parking space made is easy and accessible. The bed was super comfortable and adjustable for both of us individually. The unit is really best for a couple and no more given the size and the single bedroom. In the summer time (when we stayed in the unit), the master bedroom even with multiple fans running was very hot and uncomfortable at times. The Ac in the living room does not reach this room. Overall we loved the property and would certainly consider staying in it again!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is our second time staying at Lynnettes condo and we will stay again! We are 65 and 70. We stayed for 2 weeks. First, it is lovely. Decorated nicely, plenty of room for 2, but it does accommodate 4. Very well stocked with anything we needed, plus. Very clean. The Bed is fantastic. A sleep number and so comfortable. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. There was an air conditioner but we never needed it. The communication with Lynnette was great, although everything is set up so you don't even need any help. The gals in the front office were so kind and very helpful also. You could feel their Aloha Spirit. The condo is in the back of the complex so its very quite. I also can say the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. A real source of pride. The pool is a nice place to take a book and chill, and having the grills right there is so nice. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. This is the top floor, or penthouse as we like to call it. We also saw whales from the lani. So cool. The cooler and beach chairs are a wonderful bonus. We love to sit on the lani and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is a great shade you can pull down if it gets too warm in the afternoon also. We also love staying here as it is walking distance and central to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Right across the street. Free parking is also a bonus. It has a book shelf with tons of books, a cd player which was great, as my husband went to a goodwill and got some beautiful Hawaiian music to play on it. You cant go wrong with this place. Like I Said, we will be back, next time for a month! One other thing. I needed to have some weights and foam roller to use for my back, and i was able to send them to the complex via Amazon, and they were n the unit when we got there! It save me a trip to the gym every other day. Thanks Lynnette for accommodating me! Mahalo nui loa🌴 🌴
