Appartement rénové sur le front de mer de Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis l'établissement. Il dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec douche et capacité pour 5 personnes.

Logement très lumineux de 70 m², il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la baie et la ville.



Il dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès internet haut débit fibre (wifi), de la climatisation dans tout le logement, d'un chauffage par pompe à chaleur, d'une piscine communautaire+enfants ouverte en saison (01/05-31/10), d'un parking couvert et extérieur dans le même immeuble sous réserve. selon disponibilité à l'arrivée, 3 télévisions (Smart TV), fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux.

La cuisine ouverte à induction avec péninsule est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave-linge, d'un micro-ondes, d'un congélateur, d'un lave-vaisselle, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et l'enregistrement ont lieu dans notre bureau situé Avenue del Mediterráneo 62, au niveau de la rue, nom commercial BenidormBooking.

- Une caution de 200 € est retenue par carte bancaire ou espèces, à défaut.

- Arrivée à partir de 16h30 (haute saison à partir de 18h00)

- Départ avant 11h00

- Il est permis de fumer uniquement sur la terrasse.

Excellent location. Beautiful sea view. Very clean and spacious. Some plaster crumbling off one of the walls. Bit of a smell from the bathroom drains. Glass table in the living room was chipped on the edges

Didn’t even feel like we were in Benidorm!

Incredible sea views, super light and airy and a great balcony to sit out on. When we arrived it felt and smelt like the property had been shut up for a while and there was a funny smell but we cracked open all the windows and it went away.

Fabulous, great location

We had an excellent stay at this property — perfect for a family of four. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. It had a welcoming feel and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was great too, making it easy to get around. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended! The only downside was the hot water situation. Unfortunately, the supply didn’t last long enough for more than one person to shower at a time, which made mornings a bit tricky. If that gets sorted, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, we really enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Stunning views and beautiful apartment.

The view was stunning and the location was great for my family who had some difficulty walking long distances. Well equipped facilities and it has a great supermarket underneath. This was an expensive apartment compared to many others in a similar location but it was a lovely apartment. We arrived at 12pm and was told to leave our number for someone to call us when the room was ready. We received no call and when returning at 4pm (check in time) we still had to wait for over 1.5h for the apartment to be ready.
