Luxury apartment on the Levante Benidorm beachfront with direct access to it, has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is a new build, and is 98 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, covered parking the same building, 2 TVs.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

very spacious and clean with a fabulous view of the sea Nothing, although the location is very near one of the loudest bars on the seafront. so if you want peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you.

The location was perfect

The location was perfect. There was plenty of room, and it was clean and tidy. The only issue was that a large group of young men arrived who didn't respect other residents. Playi g load music and shouting to the esrly hours of the morning. But no fault of the apartment.

The location was right on the beach so being able to listen to the sea was amazing! The apartment is very clean modern and has everything you need, including a washing machine which we did use especially the towels that were provided and our own beach towels! Both bathrooms were great very big modern powerful showers which was great when you've been on the beach! We all loved it and would highly recommend to others. The first bedroom as you go nto the apartment is a small double room and the bed wasn't quite big enough but the ensuite bathroom was very big and modern with a fantastic shower.
