This apartment is in a perfect location. You can walk to everything. The layout is nice and everything is comfortable.
It is noisy outside at night but the bedrooms in the back are very quiet.
We had a great time at the property. It was very comfortable, will appoint it, and had everything we needed an expected. The customer service was exceptional. All of our questions were quickly answered. I would highly recommend of this particular property and the management team that made it a great experience.
The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. The location was great for playing tourist. Many sights were within walking distance or taxis were nearby.
Note that the twin beds were not adult size. There was sewer odor in the master that requred us to keep drains closed. Also killed a cockroach the first night in the master but it was a single instance so assuming it was not typical.
A co
Modern apartment with an unconventional layout. Right in the center of Madrid. It is quute loud at night but main bedroom is located in the back, which means it stays quiet at night. A little wear and tear in the apartment, which was not a big issue. Also, there was construction in the building when we were there, which made it quite noisy during the day.
This is a beautiful, clean, modern apartment centrally located in Madrid. Lots of bars and restaurants right outside the door, and many major sights within easy walking distance. Front room is a bit noisy in the evenings but the bedrooms were super quiet. Can't wait to visit Madrid again!
Excellent location. Within walking distance of most major tourist sites, bars, and restaurants. Clean and updated apartment. Grocery store located downstairs. Management was very responsive when needed. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, necessities. Highly recommend.
Apartment inside is awesome. New clean great kitchen, large rooms, bathrooms all really cool. The building does not have an elevator and the street is loud and only for walking, taxis will not come. You will need to walk roughly two blocks.
Central location of this property can't be beat. All of our tours were within walking distance, close to Plaza Mayor, San Sebastian Market and more. Unit was spotless with great amenities. Alight hiccup with checkin in as apparently I was told to call 30 minutes before the time I sent to arrive. Was there at time I told them, but since I also didnt call had to wait over hour for someone to come. So I suppose make sure you set time and call? One last point, the front of unit / living room is very noisy til about 4am however bedrooms in back are quiet for sleeping.
The location is terrific. Steps away from Puerta del Sol, it is easy to walk to great restaurants, museums, etc., or to jump on the metro. It is a boisterous area at night, but the bedrooms are fairly shielded from the street noise. The accommodations are top-notch and there is a lot of space. The lights did not work in the master bathroom and it was hard to get a hold of someone to fix that. Don't be put off by the building entryway or the non-working elevator, once you get into the apartment all is good.
Renovated apartment with excellent location in Puerta del Sol
We stood outside this building for longer than we hoped waiting for a representative from the management company to meet us. The sign outside the building that said Hostel was not auspicious and we were not encouraged by the dingy lobby or the creaking stairs to the third floor. Nor was the miscommunication about what unit we had rented. By my, once in our correct apartment it was lovely, obviously recently renovated and thoroughly modern. Large and comfortable, especially the master bedroom (king, big bathroom). The second bedroom (two twins) was small - this was probably the sole negative. It was fine for two teenagers, but not more than that. There was a nice kitchen and comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the street. Also overlooking a popular Irish bar, which was very busy on St. Patrick's Day. But none of this street noise could be heard in the bedrooms, so that's good.
The apartment is not 50m from the Puerta del Sol and surrounded with restaurants and bars. A great neighborhood to be in and convenient to the museums and other sites. Five stars for location.
The building appears to be undergoing renovations, so perhaps in a few months it will be as nice in the common areas as in the apartment. The managers also ask for a rather ridiculous security deposit (âŹ700 in our case), but they did refund it promptly after we checked out. All in all, a great place from which to explore Madrid.
Great location, apartment had recently renovated and check-in process was quick and agile. I was able to check-in earlier and extend my stay once we decided to stay a bit longer. We would consider staying their again.
