A wonderfully located 3 bed, 3 bath townhouse split across four floors. Less than a kilometre away from stunning Marbella Beaches, and all the glitz of the world-renowned Puerto Banus with its luxury boutiques and high-quality restaurants, nightclubs, bars and cafes.
This property enjoys the best of both worlds with a tranquil pool and garden area one side, whilst all the convenience of the amenities you desire on the other. Cafes, restaurants, high class bars and a small but perfectly stocked supermarket are within steps of the property.
Ample, free on-street parking is available to the front of the urbanisation, and you can enjoy dual access to the property either via Calle las Malvas or Calle los Lirios for convenience. The property is situated on the second floor with stair and lift access.
The entrance leads through to the kitchen, lounge and dining areas with double fronted full length Juliet balconyâs overlooking the cafes and restaurants.
The kitchen comes complete with good quality utility and cook ware, SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Hob, oven and grill, a full-size fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The remaining two bedrooms are found on the third floor and both have en-suite and wardrobe areas which can be closed off from the main hall to give a self-contained, private area. Both have Alexa Smart Speakers, Digital TVs and ample storage and hanging space.
The second double bedroom comes with its own terrace to the front with a small private seating area - a perfect spot for reading in the cool breeze and enjoying a sundowner.
The third bedroom has a full length Juliet balcony window which overlooks the pool and gardens to the rear, sleeping two people. It also includes a PS4 with Fifa 21 for downtime.

Here youâll find a wealth of facilities and attractions; including a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
The port is lined with upmarket Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, and Italian eateries, plus there are a couple of great Indian restaurants too. Step back away from the port and into the plaza area and there is an excellent tapas restaurants, as well as Burger King and Macdonalds if you need a quick fix, in between window shopping!
The area is home to three stunning beaches: Playa Nueva Andalucia, Playa Puerto Banus and Playa del Rio Verde. These three beaches are all very different from each other, so you are sure to find one that suits your taste. Playa Nueva Andalucia and Playa del Rio Verde have both been awarded a blue flag by the European Union for their excellent facilities and high standards of cleanliness.
The closest of these, Playa Nueva AndalucĂa, is a five minute walk safely through the underpass by the Casino. Take a couple of the beach chairs provided and settle down on the sands to watch the fishermen high on the rocks and the world go by. Home to the famous Ocean Beach Club, during the summer, beach parties are held with bars, music and dancing on the beach, day and night.
The other side of the port is Playa Puerto Banus with a childrensâ play are and a walkway to the sandy promenade, which stretches all the way down to Marbella past multiple Chiringuitos. A wonderful way to spend a day â strolling from bar to bar and soaking in the sights.
Every Saturday you can enjoy an extensive market running just steps away from the rear of the property, this is probably the largest and most popular along this stretch of coastline. Here you can buy everything from handbags, to carpets, to clothes, music and furniture.
They donât call it the Costa Del Golf for nothing⊠with over 60 golf courses stretching from Malaga to Sotogrande thereâs no shortage of championship courses within range. La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha, Los Arqueros and Magna are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
This area enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ÂșC in summer.
Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia and all their ameneties are within walking distance.
The 'Golden Mile' and Marbella centre are 10-15 minutes away bar car.
Malaga Airport is 40 minutes away and Gibraltar Airport 55 minutes by car.
No parties, bachelor/hen type groups etc are allowed to stay at this property. Should we receive any noise complaints, damage or complaints of rowdy/inappropriate behaviour guests will be evicted by Airbnb and no refund issued. On reserving this property guests are complaint that they have read and agree to abide the house rules.
