The Linhay is a semi-detached cottage resting in Sutcombe near Bradworthy in Devon. Hosting one super-king-size bedroom, along with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, this property can sleep up to two guests. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and seating, while parking is available. The Linhay is a lovely romantic retreat surrounded by idyllic Devon landscapes.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car available. Enclosed front garden with lawn and seating. Three well-behaved medium sized dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Donkey Haven Charity on-site.
