We’re YorGuest – a small, family-run business based in York, led by a mother and daughter team (though it's still up for debate which of us is the grown-up). We offer hands-on, personal holiday home management across Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on doing things properly, without the fuss.

We started right here in York and still call it home. We don’t just manage properties – we care about the experience, for both guests and owners. Whether it’s a listed townhouse or a brand new apartment, we want every stay to feel special. No call centres, no big company structure – just real people who know the properties and care about doing things right. We're never far away if something needs taking care of.

We work closely with owners to make sure each property fits its setting and offers guests something memorable. From check-in to check-out, we handle the details so guests can relax and owners can rest easy. Our listings are written by us, our photos show the properties at their best, and our team is here to help with anything that crops up. For out-of-hours issues, we work with a trusted local firm who are on call when needed.
