Aloha et Bienvenue au Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A12 dans le sud ensoleillé de Maui! Le condo A12 a une nouvelle Mitsubishi A / C et une cuisine magnifiquement rénovée.

Le Kihei Sands Condominium est situé directement sur l'une des meilleures plages de Maui, Sugar Beach. De notre piscine en bord de mer et de notre terrasse avec barbecue, vous pouvez pratiquement toucher la plage - propre, sablonneuse, peu peuplée et s'étendant sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens. À quelle distance se trouve la plage? Littéralement environ 6 pieds! Nos patios et pelouses sont idylliques. Profitez de chaque matin avec du café fraîchement moulu et chaque soir en regardant un coucher de soleil spectaculaire pendant que vous grillez le dîner et sirotez une boisson.
Kihei Sands est un endroit spécial plein de l'esprit Aloha. Notre aménagement intime est l'endroit idéal pour les réunions, les escapades de groupe, les jeunes mariés, les personnes âgées, les familles, les couples et les amis. It was delightful to see how well maintained the property is- the gardens are lovely, our unit A12 was in great shape, well equipped and very clean and the low key, very friendly vibe of the place was just the same as years ago. We weren't looking for a big resort experience for our family reunion and Kihei Sands was just perfect for us.

Recent 2 week stay at Kihei Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. Quiet and right on the beach as they stated. Only 29 units so there was always space on the patio to sit and in the pool to swim. The area was very clean and well maintained. A person works 4 hours every morning cleaning the common areas. The office staff was very helpful - we needed some help due to a medical condition. We were given all the information needed for a good experience at that clinic. That staff also helped organize a tour that we wanted to take. We have already recommended the property to some relatives.

Expectations Met and Exceeded! Steps to Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small, 30-unit complex is a treasure! We rented units A10 and A12 on the ground floor -- just STEPS from the beach. The units were newly renovated with everything you could possibly need. The property is quiet and beautifully maintained. We had miles of empty, pristine beach to walk each day. Property managers Connie and Patrick were a delight. We've stayed at huge beach resorts before -- but Kihei Sands beats them hands down for beach access, privacy and comfort. We plan to return next year and many years to come. Expectations met and exceeded! (Also a short walk to an amazing bakery, grocer, and shaved ice stand.)

Huck and Berry in Paradise

We met some wonderful people who were are family for a week, especially Melvin and Bente. To cap off an amazingly relaxing and wonderful stay we were able to save a turtle snorkeling at marker 14. We can't wait to come back again and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great Location & Complex - Bright Lights Though

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and unit itself are very nice. Loved the morning walks on the beach. I would not recommend this unit if you like to sleep though. The porch light is hardwired which attracts bugs all night (come through the slider even) and makes it look like daylight all night long in the unit its so bright. The A/C is in the living space so if you want to cool the bedroom you have to leave the door open to "daylight". The unit either needs blackout curtains or to put the porch light on a switch. Terrible sleeping experience. Also, the pool isn't heated, even when it was 90 degrees out it was still cold. We sprung for a resort pass for a day so our kid could get in a pool and not shake. Other than that, the patio is amazing and the grills are a nice feature. Overall, I would consider coming back, but not to this unit.

Nice clean condo. Easy access to. the beach. They even let us stay past our check out time until we had to leave for the airport which gave us time to enjoy the beach one last time!

Our unit was just steps to the quiet, long white sandy beach. We enjoyed our coffee as we sat on the patio and listened to the ocean waves. The grounds were well maintained and the staff clearly cared about creating a welcoming and clean environment for their guests. Looking forward to our next visit.
