Guests will have complete private access to the whole Villa which is located in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi in a fantastic estate which is the perfect venue for weddings and events. Access to the upper floors is by elevator or stairs. Private and Secure parking is also available on-site free of any charge.

Other details to note
In order to finalize the reservation a 30% not refundable deposit has to be paid upfront.
Please note from the 23rd guests upward an extra fee/per night will be applied

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• City Tax: 2,5€ per adult, per night
• Security Deposit : 1000€ (this deposit is required to cover the cost of any
damages or breakages to or at the property, any additional cleaning, the cost of telephone and/or other services/utilities that are not included in the rental price)
