The apartment:

This apartment is on the third floor and can sleep two.
Designed and fitted out to make the best use of the space and offer guests the utmost in comfort, with top-quality furniture and fittings.
It has a 160 x 200 cm wall bed with a 28 cm memory foam mattress in the living room to make optimal use of the space.
The living-dining room has a double sofa and a small dining table for three.
The open-plan kitchen has all the electrical appliances and utensils you’ll need for a long stay.
It has a comfortable, modern bathroom with a large shower with temperature control, 150 litres of hot water and a towel warmer.
The washing machine is on the landing and is shared with the Salamanca Confort III apartment. No one else in the building has access to it and it is behind a locked door.
The apartment has a fibre-optic Internet connection and air conditioning.
The building has a lift.
