Maisons de 2 et 3 chambres, chacune avec ses propres jardins privés, des terrasses pour des dîners al fresco, l'utilisation totale de la piscine et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Nous disposons également de 2 villas privées avec leurs propres piscines, jardins privés et entrées séparées.
Incroyables vues à 360º depuis chaque maison. Ce qui est unique est l’emplacement en hauteur mélangé à la qualité des cuisines équipées et aux salles de bains pour un séjour inoubliable.
Au sommet d'1 colline entre Montisi et de San Giovanni d'Asso et à 10 min de Montalcino où vous trouverez le célèbre Brunello di Montalcino, mondialement connu.
À 20 min de Sienne et du fameux Palio. Venez apprécier, vous détendre et explorer la partie unique du monde.
Pour les amateurs de ski, nous sommes à 25 min des pistes de Mt Amiata.

Out of season for the pool, so instead we found ourselves constantly staring out into the beautiful vista, classic Creti Senesi, watching the stunning sunsets, and checking it was still all there in the morning. Our dog was very happy - what the old photo doesn't show is that the house has an enclosed garden so Fido cannot roam too far. While not the height of luxury, the house was nicely renovated and everything functioned. You can be in San Giovanni d'Asso or Montisi in about 5 mins by car. Despite nearby houses in this mini borgo, you have good privacy.

Delightful stay, beautiful views

One of several homes in a group of old stone houses on a hill, with great views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside. House is comfortable, Laura was very friendly and prompt. Don’t miss the nearby abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore!

Gorgeous Tuscan stay

The most incredible views ever. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in showers. Would definitely stay here again. Welcome book with instructions was missing so we had to ask questions about a few things but they were all resolved. Be sure to get gate code before going to check in and have exact cash for tourist fee as they could not make change.

This is a wonderful property for exploring the small towns and other attractions of Tuscany. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The views over the hills take your breath away. The building is in a cluster of villas collectively named Podere Ampella. It feels old, though it isn't really that old...tile floors, brick arches, huge windows to highlight the views. And the design of the property allows each villa to have complete privacy. It is not, however, a luxury property, so don't expect that. The furniture is rather eclectic, the beds are OK but could definitely use better mattresses, the wine glasses are a strange mixed bunch. A more concerning issue for us was that the cookware was not clean...pans literally had caked on food. I'm not sure who was responsible for that. Think of it as going on vacation at your grandma's comfortable house, not a resort. Also, be aware that the heating and air conditioning systems do not toggle; the entire system has to be changed and the AC is not usually turned on until June 15. Also, there is no clothes dryer in the villa, though it seems that there may be one somewhere on the property. The pool is beautiful, but was too cold for us in May. I'm sure it would be marvelous in the summer. I would definitely be glad to stay there again; just make sure you understand what you will be getting.

The villa was nice with a beautiful view from the rear. However there was significant remodeling at the condo next door which began at 8:00 am every weekday, including jackhammering. That combined with the construction debris dumpster detracted from the vacation ambiance. The host has no presence at the property and communication was only via text. There was no welcoming gifts and nothing to assist with cooking in the kitchen- not even salt and pepper.

Could live here forever

My husband and I stayed in Villa Montisi at Podere Ampella for 10 days May 2018. We completely fell in love with the house. It was private, quiet and comfortable with no convenience missing. The fridge was running, the gas stove was ready for cooking, and the pool was just opened and inviting for us when we wanted it. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and linens were crisp and clean. All was wonderful and we felt right at home. There are so many things to do in the area. The poppies were blooming everywhere! The little flock of sheep across the road always made for great pictures with the long row of cypresses along the driveway in the backdrop. The best views were always in the late afternoon when the sun started to make longer shadows over the land. We had dinner out one night in Cortona at Osteria del Teatro-highly recommend, we bathed in the Rapalano Terme late one Friday night under the half moon outside....it was all so romantic. We went to various wineries and toured and tasted what this area has to offer. If you like quiet star filled nights, spectacular sunsets, relaxing swimming pools, and the freedom that having your own home away from home gives your vacation spot....then this is it. Cannot say enough about the service from Paola, who we didn't need to contact, and who checked in twice during our stay to see all was well to the privacy and natural beauty all around! We would come again in a heartbeat. 5 out of 5!

Perfect Tuscany Experience!

If you’re looking for the perfect Tuscany experience, then this is it! Stunning 360 views, rustic but elegant and comfortable, extremely spacious, well equipped, perfectly placed for driving access to towns with incredible historical offerings, and top notch hosts that truly care about making your stay perfect! Paola and Laura go the extra mile to ensure your needs are more than taken care of, like oversized, thick and luxurious bath towels, full length lounge chairs to relax and take in the sumptuous views while sitting poolside, comfortable outdoor furniture for dining al fresco, matching placemats, glassware, dishes, and silverware.....I could keep going, but bottom line is: Don’t pass this one up, Book Now and Stay Here!

Stunning Views and Perfect Location

Paola and Laura were incredible, welcoming and flexible hosts at their stunning property in the Tuscan countryside. We spent several days here in our honeymoon during a trip around Italy and my husband and I agree it was our favorite part of our trip. The views are simply magical: rolling hills topped with medieval hill towns as far as the eye can see, hot air balloon flyovers in the gorgeous early morning light, and rows of grape vines and olive trees dotting the horizon. Situated between two small, authentic tuscan villages of Montisi and San Giovanni D’Asso, you can truly immerse yourself in the experience of rural Italy here. This location is what Tuscan dreams are made of! The property itself was wonderful, comfortable and cozy. We had a huge amount of space for the two of us, with plenty of balconies and windows to allow us to take in the views. The pool and pool area was a refreshing treat at the end of a hot summer day. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a Tuscan vacation! Thank you to Laura and Paola for making our honeymoon stay so wonderful.

Tuscan Tranquility

We enjoyed our wonderful stay at Podere Ambella!! Located close to various Tuscan hill towns, the house was clean comfortable and air conditioned (European heat wave hit while there). The lovely pool setting overlooking the fields and hill towns provided a respite from daily excursions into town. both Laura and Paola were fabulous hosts....we hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful place

Nice place , very good location. Interiors of the place a little bit outdated. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, dish soap and laundry detergent. Supervisor Laura is super sweet and helpful. Make sure visit Roberto restaurant, it's in their suggestions book. Overall good experience.

Grandioses Urlaubsvergnügen mit Panoramablick & Pool

Eine ganze Woche durften wir dieses Traumobjekt unser Eigen nennen. Mit eigenem Pool und einem absoluten traumhaften Blick in die toskanische Landschaft bis nach Montepulciano bei absolutem Traumwetter! Wir sind herzlichst empfangen worden von Laura, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat. Es ist ein sehr großzügiges Objekt mit schöner-sehr schöner Inneneinrichtung und einer sehr guten Küchenausstattung!!! Alles war sauber und funktionstüchtig!!! Der Pool absolut sauber und die komplette Gartenanlage topgepflegt!!!Die Lage zwar etwas vom nächsten Ort entfernt (ca 7 min mit dem Auto) aber dass war uns bewusst (wg Lebensmitteleinkauf) , aber dafür wunderschöne Orte drumherumgelegen, z.b. Montelifre (1000jähriges ehemaliges Schloß) oder das Kloster St. Anna (alles vom Pool aus zu sehen), die zur Entdeckung einladen. Pienza (Papst Pius/17km), Chiusi (Etruskerstadt!!!/ca 20 km), Montepulciano (30km), Sant Antimo(Abtei/ca 20 km) und natürlich Sienna (ca 1 h) können von hier aus in kürzester Zeit besucht werden und danach ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool und ein schöner Grillabend runden den Urlaubstag ab. Fazit: Außen und innen absolutes Traumobjekt in schöner Landschaft und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern!!!Der absolut einzige Wehmutstropfen war die Kommunikation über Fewo, die schwierig war. Wir haben dann direkt mit Paula kommuniziert und alles Wichtige schnell klären können. Wir können das Objekt bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!!! Marianne und Lorenzo aus Zorneding /Bayern

Schöne Wohnung mit praktischer Einrichtung. Pool nicht geheizt und daher mit 14 Grad am ersten Tag (Mitte Oktober) erfrischend. Nach 12 Tagen hatte er noch 9 Grad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt. Dito für Restaurants.

Two of its best attributes......scenery and location

The compound of approximately a dozen separate casas is well maintained. It is located on a high point approximately 2 km north of San Giovanni d'Asso on the road to Montisi. At least six hilltop towns are visible from the location all within an hour's drive. The property is surrounded by beautiful rolling Tuscan hills. My wife and I like space so we rented a casa with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and a living area and kitchen/dining area and bath downstairs. We had a private patio and yard. The accommodations met our expectations....very comfortable but not extraordinary. The property has a swimming pool for guests that looked very inviting, but it was too cool for anyone to enjoy this time of the year. Grocery stores and ristorantes with good food and value are close by. I would recommend this property to my closest friends if they wanted to enjoy and see this part of Tuscany at any time of the year.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage an einem traumhaften Fleck mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Laura ist super freundlich, vielen Dank an sie. Die Gärtner halten die Anlage sehr gut in Schuss, alles prima. Sauberkeit und Qualität der Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist gut. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist bescheiden in fast jeder Hinsicht.

Our stay at Podere Ampella was perfect. The residence was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The view from the pool was the quintessential Tuscan view and a great way to end a day of sightseeing.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Haus ist geräumig und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Lage etwas "einsam" aber dafür super Aussicht. Vermietung /Organisation hat super geklappt. Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber man will ja auch kein 4 Gänge Menü kochen :-) Pool konnte witterungsbedingt nicht getestet werden.
