Notre plan d'étage unique en angle offre une vue sur le golfe depuis toutes les chambres. Ce n’est pas votre plan d’étage typique. Toutes les pièces sont inclinées / ouvertes avec des portes en verre / fenêtres du plafond au sol. Toutes les chambres s'ouvrent sur un immense balcon de 8 mètres surplombant la piscine et le magnifique golfe.

Il y a 2 suites parentales. Une immense chambre principale avec un lit king-size avec vue sur le GOLFE, de beaux meubles, une télévision à écran plat / magn��toscope, un grand dressing ��clair��, une coiffeuse et une spacieuse salle de bains principale avec une grande douche vitr��e. La deuxième chambre avec vue sur le golfe a deux lits doubles avec de beaux meubles, t��lévision à écran plat / magnétoscope, un placard et salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. Notre unité 3ème chambre a un lit king-size peut ��tre loué comme une unité séparée ou comme une 3ème chambre. Elles disposent toutes de mobilier DESIGNER, TV / DVD, SPACIEUSES SDB.

La salle de séjour / salle à manger est brillamment conçue avec des détails haut de gamme, y compris Flat Scree TV / DD. Le salon / salle �� manger comprend un mur en miroir qui crée une vue panoramique époustouflante sur le golfe. Le salon canap��-lit Queen Size permet de loger confortablement 10 personnes.

Notre cuisine enti��rement équipée comprend un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain, bien approvisionné en vaisselle, et même une mijoteuse. Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses touches / éléments personnels. Tous vos besoins ont été anticipés.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour ranger vos bagages et vos affaires pendant que vous vous détendez. Les draps, serviettes, etc. sont également fournis. L'immense balcon est entièrement meublé et am��nagé.

Great location and great condo

We stayed in November and enjoyed having the building a little quieter than it may be during Spring Break or summer. Loved the amenities and the beach. It's also nice to have businesses within walking distance. Condo was comfy, beds were great. Loved the view and balcony.

This condo is beautiful and the views are stunning! Highly recommend! I do think it needs a few more bath towels and kitchen equipment based on the size and number of guests. We managed though and would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning view and location

The property is amazing saw dolphins from the balcony everyday. Plenty of space for everyone. You cannot beat the view!! The bedding was pretty sandy upon arrival. That was about the only downfall. The communication was timley and great. Will definitely stay here again. So worth it.

Wonderful view of the beautiful ocean in every room!! Big glass windows to let in lots of sunshine and panoramic views!! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Beautiful condo and great location

We had the best time during our trip. Julie was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. There was plenty of space for all of us, including on the balcony. The beach bonfires were such a nice treat too. Our only complaints were that the 2 king beds were pretty uncomfortable. They are VERY firm. Other than that we were super happy with our choice to stay here!

Amazing views in Comfort

We had a group of 6 stay for a local festival. The condo has amazing floor to ceiling views directly overlooking the beach and ocean. There are two balconies - a large one with several access points and a private one off of one of the bedrooms. The condo is well stocked and furnished. The manager made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The building has a surprisingly good restaurant and many other options within walking distance. This is a great option for Miramar Beach.

Girls Getaway!

We stayed for a long weekend and the condo was absolutely incredible. The pictures do not do this view justice. The resort has an amazing restaurant as well as pool with beach access and a beach bar that had amazing drinks! We all hope to come back next summer! Julie was amazing with get us all checked in and answered all questions we had!

Excellent place, location and views!

It was a wonderful stay! While the weather was not always cooperative, it was wonderful! It was a great location, Julie was always super responsive with any questions we had and there was so much room! It was great that all adults had their own room and the children changed who they wanted to sleep with! There were also plenty of bathrooms and there was a closet that had plenty of beach supplies! The only recommendation was blankets (unless we just couldn´t find them) we got chilly at times and would have enjoyed curling up with a blanket :) but otherwise perfect!

5 Star views Can Not Be Beat !

Opening the door our first reaction was a gasp - most spectacular water views ever ! And the bedrooms all have beautiful views too. Condo is provides well thought-out kitchen and dining needs. The walk to beach is right there and pool is absolutely amazing with the pool temperature at least 87 ! Our last night we went to restaurant in the building and food was excellent-; we should have gone every night . Best of all is the property manager is extremely prompt in all responses- which really makes the experience superb !

Great rooms/view

Rooms and view were exactly as pictured. Property manager was amazing to work with. Condo was very clean and met or exceeded every expectation. The only thing is there was no bathtub for our 1 year olds, they are small enough to bathe in the sink but just something to keep in mind!

Overall great for our needs

We went on our first dbl family vacation for a week. The experience was awesome. Julie was very accommodating and responsive. We had more than enough space and loved the amenities. Only two issues: beds are mediocre and there were many issues with the elevators. We were on the 15th floor and one elevator the inside button didn’t work just to get to that floor then later the same elevator stopped working all together which called for long wait times.

10 out of 10 in all the ways!!

Communication with Julie was impeccable and always responded immediately. The condo is even better than the pictures online. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for us to all have our own space. Appreciated the stocked kitchen. The 3 balconies … there are no words. The pictures don’t do that view Justice! What an incredible property. Bonus points for the bar/restaurant downstairs, nicest pool bathrooms Ive ever seen. Easy walkway access to the beach and yet another fun bar. The space comes with two chairs and umbrella on the beach which is also major plus! We will be back and will definitely be promoting this property!

Summer Stay

Great location. Everything was fine. The only thing... I had to call for cleaning to come back and address 1 bed AC vent. It is moldy. She cleaned the best she could. The AC unit as a whole NEEDS to be inspected for possible ongoing mold build up. Bathroom shows have major cracks in tile and has MOLD growing in it. We all wore shower shoes to prevent skin contact. Master shower is the worst and all shower heads should be replaced sicne those are have MOLD build up too. Too bad we cannot come back b/c of this. Moving on.

Incredible view!

Absolutely LOVED our stay!!! The Condo was so spacious and well equipped. We so appreciated the beach umbrella and 2 chairs rental included. The convenience of being to rent additional chairs for our entire family made our beach time the best. The arrival documents indicated we should bring beach towels but since we flew I planned to just go buy some but the unit had beach towels. Our adult sons and girlfriends appreciated the beach bar being so close. I could have just sat on the covered balcony with chairs and tables for all of us, enjoying what must be the best view of the spectacular Miramar Beach with my wine. The one complaint I had seen mentioned in earlier reviews was that the elevators were slow and crowded, but thanks to manager Julie sending us an early entry code and we were able to avoid the arrival rush. Other than the Friday evening arrival we did not experience or observe any other difficulties with the elevators. The garage parking was very convenient. The unit has 3 spots! We will definitely return to this condo and so appreciated the helpful attention of Manager Julie!

Ok stay but not wondeful.

We stayed here for Christmas with our family. We were able to check in with little issue. When unpacking and settling in we discovered that half the beds hand sand on top of the comforters and in the beds. The floors were dirty as well. I ended up cleaning the whole condo again and washing the sheets. The vacuums do not get up sand so the brrom was handy. The company was very responsive and did make things right. The views are amazing. The balconies are worth it. Completely gorgeous. I will say the kitchen cabinets really need to be updated. Got hit in the head and shins frequently. It has a lot of what you will need in the kitchen, loved that you had a slow cooker. Remember to bring your own spices and what not. Also make sure to bring extra tp and paper towels. Only other negative was that the bed in the separate room is not comfortable, at least to my and my husbands liking. Too hard which made sleep difficult.
