- From the private stone path that leads to the entrance, the house opens to a spacious and light-filled living area. Large glass doors brighten the open space: a cozy lounge with sofa, an elegant glass dining table, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with clean lines. Every detail reflects a contemporary Mediterranean style: dominant white tones, natural materials, and warm or blue accents recalling the sea and the land.

The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. Spacious and bright, all have direct outdoor access with views of the pool and the sea. One double room features an en-suite bathroom, while two further bathrooms, stylish and clad in quality stone tiles, complete the villa with elegance and functionality.

Outdoors and the Pool
- The main veranda, facing the horizon, is perfect for sea-view breakfasts and dinners. At the back, a more private patio offers quiet moments. The pool, solar-heated and nestled in the garden, is equipped with loungers and parasols: a haven of relaxation shared only with Villa Livia.

The Surroundings -
The location is central: just a 10-minute walk to the nearest rocky coves and to Maya Square, with restaurants and a market. In a few minutes by car, or with a short walk, you can reach the marina, the starting point for boat trips to Li Cossi beach and Cala Tinnari.
