The Vespasiano Apartment is a comfortable apartment located in a building in the center of Rome. The building stands out for its privacy and silence, despite its central location.
The house is located on the ground floor and overlooks the internal courtyard, guaranteeing a view of a green area, well-kept and not passing through. The house is bright and private and consists of the following rooms:
- living room with sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, dining table for 4 people and television.
- bedroom with double bed, with large wardrobe and overlooking a part of the internal courtyard that is not passable, therefore with absolute privacy and silence.

- full bathroom with bathtub

The refined environment has just been renovated to combine comfort with elegance.
The apartment is equipped with washer-dryer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, wi-fi, air conditioning and independent heating. Accessories such as towels, hair dryer, sheets, extra blankets and pillows, shampoo and some basic necessities (spices, oil, coffee...) for the kitchen are provided, so as to make your vacation easier and more comfortable.

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22:00 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot available on request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.
